 Abstract:A dextral and laevogyrate helicoid driven cutting mechanism was developed for no-till drills in the area of two crops a year of Hebei province. In the operation of the no-tillage wheat drill, the mechanism worked well, moving the residue from the row, cutting off the corn stalk and rootstalk, loosening the soil of the seedbed andopening the seed furrows. The key parameters of the mechanism and anarc seeding-fertilizing opener were optimized and the optimalarrangement of the dextral and laevogyrate helicoid cutting mechanism was determined. In the field with cover of crop stubble, the anti-blocking performance of the new no-tillage wheat drill was well. The experimental result showed that it has a good ability to move the residue from the row and cut corn stalk and rootstalk. The depth of seeding fertilizer is 8.56 cm and the seeding depth is 4.3 cm. A good seedbed was made which is beneficial to seeds germinating and seedlings growing.

 Abstract:A control approach based on combining four-wheel steering and differential braking to improve vehicle yaw dynamics has been proposed. A fuzzy logic controller with two inputs and two outputs was designed considering the effects of four-wheel-steering and differential braking on yaw dynamics. The adequate yaw moment and rear wheel steering angles generated by the fuzzy logic controller made vehicle's actual yaw rate and sideslipped angle track their desired values. The vehicle model for simulation was established in Matlab/Simulink software environment. The simulations in some typical cases, including J turn and lane change, were carried out and the simulation results showed that compared with the individual control of these two systems, the combined control approach could improve vehicle handling and stability performance significantly, thus, the active safety of vehicle has been enhanced.

 Abstract:In order to study the flow characteristics inside the double-channel impeller, a testing pump was designed and produced according to the special requirements for PIV measurement with two different impellers, i.e., the double-channel impeller and the two-blade impeller. The absolute flow fields inside the two impellers were measured respectively by PIV, and transferred to relative flow fields by special developed code. The results indicated that in the two-blade impeller, the fluid mainly flowed along the suction side, the velocity is very small on the pressure side, and a typical jet-wake flow has been observed. In the double-channel impeller, the flow has better flow pattern without obvious back-flow area. Under different operating conditions, the flow inside two impellers changed identically, with the increase of flow rate, the relative velocity became larger, while the absolute velocity became smaller. For both impellers, the best flow pattern has been observed under the design condition, and serious dispassion occurred under the smallest flow rate working condition.

 Abstract:A new neural network nonlinear PID controller (NNXPID) to enhance the performance of the system was proposed. It is easily accomplished by transmitting the proportion, integral, differential coefficient of PID to the neural network to train. The NNXPID was applied in the engine speed controller. The results from the experiment showed that the NNXPID controller has very good dynamic and static properties.Under the control of NNXPID, the steady speed regulation is lower than 5%, the fluctation rate of speed is lower than 0.5%, the instantaneous speed regulation is lower than 10%, and the time required to steady speed is lower than 5 s.

 Abstract:To meet the requirements of light duty vehicle regulation test and research emission test, host computer system was developed. Hardware was designed based on virtual instrument architecture. Software was designed with unified modeling language. Function of data acquisition, flow control and data processing for light duty vehicle bag sampling, continuous dilution sampling and direct sampling were realized. Application in practice showed that the system, with all-around testing performance, reliable control and exact data, is fit for exhaust tests on light gasoline or diesel vehicles.

 Abstract:Based on the test results of tunable damper, the nonlinear relation was fitted between the damping and the angle of the stepping motor. The mathematical model of semi-active suspension with nonlinear damping was built and fuzzy dynamic optimal control strategy was designed. The controller of semi-active suspension with nonlinear damping was developed. On the basis of the simulation, the actual road test has been done. The results showed that the model of semi-active suspension with nonlinear damping was closer to the actual model, the comfort and the security were effectively improved and vehicle performance was coordinated.

 Abstract:For the purposes of real time detection and identification of objects, a real time image processing system in intelligent automobile with high frame frequency and large filed of view image was designed by using MPC5200 as its main operational processor. The hardware composition and the theory behind the real time digital image processing system, and the application of the image processing algorithm were all discussed in detail. On the basis of experiments and analysis of detection and identification algorithms for objects, a real time image processing software has been developed, and acquisition and real time digital processing of images was realized. In this way the detection and identification capacity for objects of the system met the real time demands of intelligent automobile application.

 Abstract:The pump was designed with a solar energy intelligent control system and the running process has been controlled by a PLC program. While the pump ran at off-design conditions, the intelligent control device could automatically adjust pump speed to prove working stability at the given conditions. Intelligent alarm control device was also used and the alarm would immediately in operation to stop the pump under the failing conditions, such as higher temperature, lower oil pressure, lower oil level, bearing wearing, and mechanical seal damage. The control system could also be used for remote operation. The self-priming pump was designed with a jet structure. When the self-priming process is completed, the valve on jet can be closed automatically, from which the efficiency of the pump can be increased by 3%-5%.

 Abstract:Different from traditional lifting design method and circular arc design method, streamline design method was employed to design high specific speed model axial-flow pump. The design method included linear amendment of exit circular and increased incidence angle from hub to tip of impeller. Ranges of incidence angle are from 0° to 3°, and the incidence angle becomes lower with higher specific speed. CFD technique was applied to simulate whole flow fields of model pump. Numerical results optimized the selection rules of hydraulic design parameters, and decreased more work on models made and models experiments. Then a series of model axial-flow pumps developed. These models have higher efficiency and broader high efficiency zones from the experimental results of countrywide model pump experiments in the same testing stand organized by Ministry of Water Resources in Tianjin city.

 Abstract:In order to solve the principal problem on the transportation of agricultural products, the new technique of transporting agricultural products-the piped hydraulic transportation of tube-contained raw material was put forward. The technique did not only overcome the disadvantages of high cost and inefficiency, but also had the advantages of no pollution and no terrain restriction. Some hydraulic characteristics of the piped hydraulic transportation of tube-contained raw material under the different loads were researched on the piped carriage. The results showed the linear relationship between the load and the average velocity of the piped carriage was inversely proportional. Additionally, it was discovered that the fluidal pressure change of each cross section has been closely connected with the load of the piped carriage.

 Abstract:Deep bed solar drying experiments were conducted for alfalfa. An indirect forced convection solar dryer which consists of a solar air heater, a drying tower, an electric fan and a measurement system was used in the experiments. Hot air that heated by solar heater was forced through the forage by an electric fan. In order to examine the effect of drying element on the deep bed drying of alfalfa, the forage has been set into three layers, each layer was 1.2 m high, and drying experiment was performed in the drying tower at the meantime. Result showed that the drying temperature in real-time solar drying was affected by the weather elements, and the temperature of alfalfa was affected by the air temperature, humidity and the position of alfalfa in bed. Along the air flow, the temperature of the alfalfa which located near inlet point was higher than the one away from the inlet in the further place. And the moisture content of alfalfa and its drying rate were affected by the air temperature, humidity and the position of alfalfa in the bed. The drying rate of alfalfa was various based on its different position in the drying bed. It is more effective in high temperature and low humidity for deep bed wet alfalfa.

 Abstract:Based on the structure of an imported impingement air blast freezer, the design parameters of the evaporator with aluminum tube and fin were predefined. The refrigerant was R717, and refrigeration capacity was 70 kW. Heat transfer coefficient of air and refrigerant were calculated separately, regardless to the influence of dirt in the tube, the method for calculation heat transfer coefficient of this kind of evaporator was gained. By way of the experimental investigation on this type of evaporator, the calculation method was indicated to be reasonable.

 Abstract:A novel evaluation method for design schemes was presented by combining information axiom and fuzzy membership function. The presented method did not have to give the weight of evaluating indicator, and thus the effect of subjective consciousness of the designer to the result of evaluation could be avoided. At the same time, the scheme evaluations were classified according to the true instances. The information content of qualitative indicators are hard to calculate when just applying the general information axiom, but was solved by using the fuzzy mathematic theory for design schemes evaluation. At last, the scheme evaluation of the mechanical driven system of decelerator was presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

 Abstract:The master-slave force feedback control system of tele-operation was set up. The master manipulator system was composed of two 2DOF manipulators, and each one adopted two servo valves to control two hydraulic servomotors in order to obtain two rotational decoupling degrees. The master manipulator force information was used to control the servo valve so that the master manipulator could be driven, thus the problem that the master operation force could not directly drive the master manipulator hydraulic motor has been solved. The slave manipulator is 4DOF system that the original hydraulic shovel bucket was replaced by a new single degree manipulator claw, which set up a series joint 4DOF manipulator, and hydraulic proportional direction valve control method was applied to the slave manipulator. Force reflection servo and force symmetry bilateral servo control strategies were individually tested on the master-slave system to study the tele-operated force feedback bilateral servo control. The master manipulator's structure is reasonable, and the force symmetry bilateral servo control method has better control features.

 Abstract:Multidisciplinary coupling among dynamics, tribology and elastic mechanics (strength and stiffness of crankshaft) on a crankshaft-bearing system of a diesel engine with four pistons, which was applied on a rated load, was studied by self-designed program as well as the software of ADAMS and ANSYS. The Miner's theory and accumulative damage theory have been applied in calculating on fatigue strength of the crankshaft. It showed that there are obvious differences in calculating results between the coupling analysis and the traditional non-coupling analysis. The coupling analysis is necessary to improve the working reliability and its mechanical performance of a diesel engine because the various mechanical behaviors of a crankshaft-bearing system happened simultaneously with the engine working.

 Abstract:The new technique to improve forming property of sheet metal was put forward, stress on thickness of sheet metal has been decreased with drawing-hole drilled on round angle of die, and optimization of the sheet metal forming property was then achieved. Taking cylinder cup with flange as study example, deep drawing cylinder cup with flange was simulated by finite element method (FEM). It was verified theoretically with thickness reduction on critical section and FLD chart of cylinder cup with flange after deep drawing, the forming property and mechanism of new process was analyzed, and the technical key to improve forming property of sheet metal was proposed.

 Abstract:The design of partial multinomial regression on wear resistance of specimen was performed according to the techniques of experimental designing optimization method. Test model specimens made of 55 steel with regular concaves were processed by laser texturing technology technique. Investigations into topographical and tribological features were conducted on MG-2000 wear and abrasion test machine. As one important test index, wear loss was taken to be detected by using partial polynomial regression plan, and three test factors of temperature (300 °C, 500 °C), running time (180 s, 300 s), rotating speed (400 r/min, 600 r/min), non-smooth concave unit size(150 μm, 200 μm, 250 μm, 300 μm)and unit distributing density (250 μm, 350 μm at line and row has been fixed)were selected to investigate the effects on the surface wear loss of 55 steel samples. Multi-factor linear regression equation was derived from test data. According to their importance sorts to test results, the factors are temperature, running time, non-smooth concave unit size, rotating speed, unit distributing density respectively. Main wear-resistance mechanism of the non-smooth concave surface was analyzed at last.

 Abstract:Aimed at the problem of starting control of automatic clutch, an improved constant engine speed control strategy has been applied as the total control principle. A new clutch starting fuzzy control strategy by using throttle opening, relative deviation between engine speed and its target and engine speed change rate as the main control parameters was proposed. The strategy was supposed to implement constant engine speed control with jerk constraint. A long-term of experiments have been carried out and the experimental results showed the vehicle could start successfully under various conditions and the starting is smooth and quick, and is able to reflect driver's intention with small engine speed fluctuating. From the experimental result, we could draw the conclusion that the fuzzy control strategy has good self-adaptability.

 Abstract:Rice kernel damage may become worse during threshing, while performance indexes of threshing unit such as un-threshed loss rate, power consumed, et al. were most focused on. Broken rate of threshing and stand damage index increment were used to validate damage degree. On the self-designed test equipment of the threshing separation performance, experiments were conducted for rice with different factors such as cylinder-concave clearance, linear velocity of spike tooth, feed rate and distance of spike tooth. With the orthogonal experiments, the analysis of variance and analysis of range were carried out and the factors that affecting rice damage during threshing were found, they were in turn of linear velocity of spike tooth, cylinder-concave clearance, distance of spike tooth. With the method of synthetic analysis, the optimization parameters were obtained.

 Abstract:Guard ring is usually used in the traditional cell wheel feed. Because of the relative movement and rub between the seeds and the guard ring, it will cause the damage of seeds and the wear and tear of the inner face of guard ring and the outer face of cell wheel. A disassemble rubber guard device was developed and the rubber guard tape could rotate with the cell wheel simultaneously. The rate of damaged seeds and the wear and tear of the outer face of cell wheel decreased significantly because there was no relative movement between the seeds and the rubber guard tape. The construct of the disassemble rubber guard device and the material, shape, strength and length of rubber guard tape were optimum designed. The disassemble rubber guard device was installed on the precision rice hill-drop drilling machine. The test results in laboratory and in field showed that the rate of damaged seeds is less than 0.3%.

 Abstract:A new no-till seeder, named 2BMX-5 no-till wheat-maize seeder, has been developed by China Agricultural University to solve the new problem of no-till seeder which the openers was braded that led to increase soil disturbance and fuel consumption in the area of one crop per year of North China. The wedge-shaped with front knife no-till opener consisted of front blade and pedestal and new driving device have been designed, and the split front blade was also designed. Field performance test was made in the field covered with wheat and rice residue in Inner-Mongolia and Ningxia. The results showed that the machine worked well without blockage and the depth of seeding and fertilizing could satisfy the agronomic requirement. Anti-blockage was improved and soil disturbance was decreased after adopted the wedge-shaped with front knife no-till opener. The seeding quality has been improved, and the results showed the cut stubble ratio was over 85 percent in the field covered with rice stubble.

 Abstract:In view of the exist those main problems in the area of northeast ridge during the spring corn planting, such as large quantity of fertilizer, seed burned easily by the vertical fertilizing while lateral fertilization easily plugs openers, an undynamic anti-blocking mechanism and a paratactic separate application of fertilizer and seed mechanism were designed. The experiment in the field that covered with broken stalks of corn showed that the soil disturbance was 17.8%, planting depth was 44 mm, depth of fertilizer was 78 mm. The trial also showed that the level pitch of seed and fertilizer could be 32 mm, while the vertical spacing was 34 mm, and 93% could meet the requirements of agronomic. Compared to the orthophoric and lateral fertilizer application methods, the planting quality has been upgraded, while the blocking problem existed in the mentioned fertilization was also improved, and the opener could get through the straw more easily now.

 Abstract:A modulated spraying nozzle control system can be used for variable rate chemical application. The transient numerical simulation of high speed valve was modeled by CFD software Fluent to research the flowing character in the solenoid valve. The result showed that there was suction pressure generated at outlet of valve when it just opened, which would result in air-sucking and effect atomization quality, also at lapse in the shut down time of the valve, it was harmful for the atomization. When the valve was opening, the pressure of outlet was equal to that of inlet, when it was just opening, both the pressure and flow rate met the maximal level, with two zones increased sharply. The forming, developing and transporting complex process of vortex was found during the valve opening and closing.

 Abstract:In order to utilize waste tea flowers (Camellia sinensis L O Kuntze) and develop an industrialized way to refine tea flower polyphenols, a novel method for obtaining high purity of tea flower polyphenols by various ethanol concentration gradient elution was established based on the previous technology of "ultra-filtration-resin absorption-ethanol elute extraction of tea flower polyphenols". The results showed that an average content as high as 92.25% of refined tea flower polyphenols could be collected by gradient elution of 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% ethanol elute followed, whereas single elution of 70% ethanol elute only led to 84.32% content of tea flower polyphenols. Therefore, catechins in various eluant components were effectively separated. There was also a good correlation between their purity and scavenging efficiency of ·OH and DPPH·, both of which were higher than that of the crude extracts. Ethanol (20%) elution led to the highest EGCG content of 67.39%, and effectively removed theine in the final products which may directly used as antioxidants.

 Abstract:Based on the system analysis of dynamic equations group of high-speed angular-contact ball bearing, an analysis to find the ultimate variables of the adjunct equations was given, and a chart about coupled variables was obtained which showed that the contact angle are the ultimate variables. Based on above-mentioned analysis, according to the feature of the bearing under axial load, an algorithm has been put forward, which took the contact angle as the iterate variables. Based on the present calculation results, an analysis was given, which showed that the increment of internal contact angle is larger than that of external contact angle, the analysis would be helpful to define the contact angle field. By using the method of contact angle iterate, an example was given, which verified the analysis of increment of contact angle is correct. So the search field of contact angle has been reduced half, and the calculation is simplified obviously.

 Abstract:The friction was disposed as an external non-inertia force, and a mended Appell equation including the friction of system was put forward. The kinematic characteristics of a planar closed-loop five-bar mechanism were analyzed by using the method of kinematic influence coefficient. The dissipation function of the mechanism system was proposed, then the generalized dissipation forces were deduced. The dynamics model of the mechanism which included the joint friction was proposed by means of the mended equation. And arithmetic was presented to solve these equations. The results of inverse dynamics testified the correction of the model. The outcomes of simulation indicated that joint friction has obvious influence on motion parameters of the mechanism.

 Abstract:The shift system of electronic automatic transmission was analyzed, and a mathematic model of the shifting process was set up. The model could be used directly for shifting process control. With the model the shifting process was also analyzed, and the rule of shifting process was obtained. The process of the clutch applies and exhaust was analyzed. Through adjusting the pressure by using PWM to control the solenoids, the pressure was controlled in good conditions. Trough the research, the system used the open-loop control during the fill-time phase, faxed ramp rate control during the second phase and closed-loop control during the third phase by using PID control strategy. At the same time, the electronic engine was used to adjust the engine speed to acquire the better quality of shifting process. Finally, though a bench test, the control strategy of shifting process of the electronic automatic transmission was obtained.

 Abstract:In order to harmonize the performance of vehicle handling stability and riding comfort, an integrated controller of vehicle chassis system was designed based on embedded system after analyzing the principles of semi-active suspension (SAS) and electric power steering (EPS). Stepper motor of suspension adjustable damper and DC motor of EPS were controlled respectively by hardware. Fuzzy and PID arithmetic were applied in software. United adjustment to hardware was done with HyperTerminal under the condition of CodeWarrior integrated development. Experiment results proved the controller and motors were running reliably, handling stability and riding comfortably when integrated condition were being improved.

 Abstract:  The structure and the mechanism for the electric park brake (EPB) were analyzed first.Then, the dynamical analysis for the executive device of EPB was done. After that, an EPB system was designed in the viewpoint of practical application. Aimed at applying or releasing braking, the electric control unit (ECU) adopted a single-chip microprocessor (SCM) named Philips 592 and the executive device, which was driven by a direct current motor that adopted a synchronous belt driven mechanism, a planetary gear mechanism with small teeth difference and a screw-driven mechanism. Lastly, the efficiency of the EPB system was validated by bench tests for a detail automotive model. The results of the bench tests showed that the static characteristic and the dynamic characteristic of the EPB met the requirement of theoretical calculation.

For this purpose, the out-line simulation platform including mathematical models for engine, EMB, vehicle, ACC arithmetic and virtual scene has been built and the simulation on two typical follow conditions was given. The results showed that the ACC based on EMB could control the velocity of ACC vehicle and the headway of cars effectively and the virtual scene could show the change for headway of cars and velocity of vehicles intuitively, so it is helpful for us to optimize control algorithm.

 Abstract:In order to enhance the handling stability of multi-axle vehicle, a mechanical analysis on high-speed inphase steering conditions of five-axle vehicle with all-wheel steering has been done, and the related kinematics differential equations of vehicle with 24 freedom degrees were established, the mechanical model of the tyre has been built based on Fiala-tyre model. Finally, VI sub-function compiled by C language was inserted into LabVIEW graphical codes by MathScript node. The whole vehicle dynamics simulation program has been built based on LabVIEW software. The virtual test simulation results showed that all-wheel steering technology would make rear-axle wheel steer ahead of 0.15 s, and the rear wheel could steer with the front wheel at the same time so that the steering response rate could be improved and the roll angle of vehicle body would be reduced from 7.5° to 4°.

 Abstract:In order to formulate the relationship between vehicle state responses and tire stiffness, a 4D nonlinear vehicle lateral dynamic system consisting of roll and planar motions was founded by utilizing a quadratic tire model. Then the 4D nonlinear system has been simplified to the center manifold to a one order system with the center manifold theory. The stability characteristics in symmetrical and μ-split road conditions were analyzed by bifurcation theory and time-domain simulations. The results demonstrated that the singular point corresponded to the critical state where if bifurcation occurred the vehicle would lose stability. So the vehicle stability at the critical conditions could be improved by changing the front wheel steering angle and it would be a new idea to combine the bifurcation theory and the active steering control technique.

 Abstract:In view of robustness of objective function and constraints in robust design, a new robust design method based on maximal variation analysis was proposed. Firstly, the principle of variations which have been generated in objective functions and constraints by considering the uncertain factors in design variables and design parameters were analyzed, then the maximal variations of objective function and constrains were estimated by using maximal variation analysis. The maximal variations of constraints were added to original constraints to guarantee feasibility of constraints; a new constraint has been added to original optimization problem to ensure the variation of objective function was less than the value which designer set, and then a bi-level mathematical optimal model was constructed. The top-level optimization was used to solve the original mathematical model; the lower-level optimization was used to judge the robustness of objective function and constraints. Example results showed that the proposed approach is feasible.

 Abstract:A region growing algorithm based on the grey relational analysis was proposed. By means of calculating the two-dimension grey absolute relational grade, the original image was turned to a grey relational image only containing the edge information. Meanwhile, by the region marking of the grey relational image, the centers of small defects were obtained. And these centers were used as the seeds pixels to do the region growing and the detect extracting in the grey relational image. The experimental results indicated that the new region growing algorithm could suppress the background noise, simplify the calculating process, and meet the requirements of the real time extracting effectively.

 Abstract:A new engine fault diagnosis model based on sound intensity signal and BP neural network integration was proposed. Firstly, the sound intensity signals were decomposed and recomposed by using wavelet packets. Afterwards, the signal energy values were extracted from each frequency band, and were used as input features into the BP neural network integration for fault pattern recognition. It has been testified by the experimentation of the 3Y Toyota 2.0 engine and the results showed that it could increase the efficiency and accuracy of the system.

 Abstract:In the test, the starch syrup was obtained by extrusion and enzyme hydrolysis of corn meal. With the aid of the combination design of quadratic orthogonal rotation, the influential rules of extrusion factors to DE value was demonstrated, and the technology conditions of liquefaction and saccharification were established by orthogonal design. The results showed that when heating temperature of extruded was set to 64.2-70.9°C, rotation speed of extruder was 193-202 r/min, moisture of material was 18.43%-19.66%, die hole aperture of extruder was 12.2-13.0 mm, and the enzyme hydrolysis technology according to the ratio between water and material was 3.0 mL/g, liquefaction was 20 min, saccharification was 40min, the DE value was about 40.80%.

 Abstract:On the basis of single factor experiment, the influence of the addition of starter, addition of rennet and salt concentration on the quality of semi-hard cheese was studied to ascertain the optimal processing parameters. With sensory value as appraising index, three elements quadratic current revolving design were adopted to optimize processing technology. Results indicated, salt concentration has the most important influence on the sensory value, rennet addition is the next, and starter addition is the last; the optimum parameter is that the addition of starter is 2.645%, the addition of rennet is 23.27 mg/kg and salt concentration is 23.482%; starter addition and rennet addition, starter addition and salt concentration have obvious mutual effect.

 Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of grain loss measuring, a scheme of constructing piezocrystal vector sensor arrays was put forward, which realized multi-point parameter real-time measurement. Kinetic model of the grain and straw impacting sensor has been analyzed by the finite element method. According to the dimension of sensitive plate, its model was created via ANSYS to compute the vibration mode and extract resonance frequency of the sensitive element. The location and the quantity of piezocrystal were identified among the vector sensor arrays by analyzing the vibration shape and distribution of dynamic strain about low order modes of sensitive element, which optimized the structure of array. The grain and straw impacting sensor was preceded on test bench. The analysis result has been compared with the measure result that obtained by the dynamic signal analyzer, the conclusion showed that the experimental results was well coincided with theory results. All these are help to devise piezocrystal vector sensor arrays for grain loss of combine and amend its parameters.

 Abstract:A singularity indicator of time-domain pulse response signal, related with the singular intensity and frequency band, was presented by using wavelet transform modulus maxima, in which the response signal has been detected by a mini-microphone and sound adapter when egg-shell was excited with a mechanical impact. The analysis showed that the most singularity indicators of the cracked eggs only located in the low-frequency bands with big indicator values, meanwhile those of the intact eggs were found in the more frequency bands with small indicator values. A standard value, as singular indicator was defined with weighted average value, and a multi-level scheme for egg-shell crack detection has been proposed. Test results with 96% recognition ratio showed the efficiency of the proposed multi-level detection method.

 Abstract:In order to meet the demands of improving users' experience and accessing efficiency, an Ajax application model was adopted to process request/response asynchronously and optimize agricultural mechanization information platform based on MVC pattern. The information query subsystem was taken as an example, the design and implementation of reducing the load of Web server by idle client resources and improving the Web application efficiently was introduced, which was based on the combination of Ajax and J2EE. As a result, it brought more friendly use interface and experience.

 Abstract:In order to understand trapped oil pressure and the different numbers of teeth effect on lubricating state on all tooth profile of external spur-gear high pressure oil pump, based on the geometrical relationship of gear transmission, with radius of curvature of driving gear in mesh-point engaged as a variable in a tooth period, all tooth profile was divided into three mating sections and eight especial points and seven courses, the corresponding transient formula of both oil film thickness based on elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory and tooth force were derived, hereby, the accurate position of minimum oil film thickness and maximum tooth force were estimated. Research and all results of an example indicated transient tooth force had a high change in a tooth period, the lubricating state on all tooth profile of external spur-gear high pressure oil pump is boundary lubrication of stiffness with a variable viscosity on the whole, different formula of oil film thickness should be used for different position of all tooth profile, different numbers of teeth have a positive unapparent effect on lubricating state on all tooth. Finally, a conclusion was educed that the gear transmission of external spur-gear high pressure oil pump was indeed different from conventional gear transmission in lubricating state on meshing surface, and the calculation of oil film thickness in external spur-gear pump couldn't directly use the conventional formula for conventional gear transmission.

 Abstract:Aiming at the shortages of constraints solving in collaborative design, an interval narrowing algorithm based on constraint bintree was put forward, in which two processes were included, namely the forward interval expanding operation from bottom to root of constraint bintree and the backward interval shrinking operation from root to bottom of constraint bintree. Then a constraint solver has been developed to solve the public solution space of the multi-disciplinary constraints. Using this method can avoid introducing the internal variables and decomposing the constraints into solution functions, improve solving efficiency and easily implement symbol calculation automation.

 Abstract:For the purpose of improving the accuracy in finish turning taper or free-form surfaces, shortcomings of compensation model of tool nose radius employed in current CNC turning system was analyzed and a new universal model was presented by taking the consideration of geometric figure and size of tool nose, tool wear and meeting condition between the tool and the workpiece. With the needed tool nose radius of compensation in the proposed model, the CNC system could be offered accurate radius compensation in turning process. Since it is impossible to measure the needed tool nose radius of compensation by a measuring implement directly, a reversing measurement was proposed subsequently. Result of experimental tests indicated that the proposed model and surveying method have high accuracy and reliability for radius compensating in finish turning taper or free-form surfaces and the work efficiency could be enhanced effectively.
