The synchronization problem during measurement was guaranteed by using shaft encoder and frequency dividing circuit. Based on the platform of Visual C 6.0, the special image processing kit was developed to differentiate solid and liquid particles in the flow images. Investigation of the two-phase velocity fields prove that the crystal particles changes the relative liquid velocity distribution, and the outlet liquid velocity decreases compared with that under single phase condition. It is also concluded that the crystal particles have the tendency of moving towards the pressure side in the middle of the channel. The characteristics of salt-out flow in the pump were obtained, and some guiding advices were presented to prevent salt-out in pump impeller. The compressibility of maize straw rubbed was experimentally studied under certain initial density, different forms and different moisture contents with different compressing velocities. The relation curves of bulk modulus against compressing displacement and compressing density were analyzed by means of regressive analysis. Finally, the regressive mathematical model of compressibility was obtained. The results show that moisture content, initial densities and compressing velocities have obvious effects on compressibility of maize straw rubbed. Especially, when compressing density is larger than 230 kg/m3, the compressibility of maize straw rubbed reduces significantly with increasing of compressing density. Subsequently, the dynamic model of tomato fruit individual growth was established based on revised logistic model and the environment data (temperature, humidity, light). The experimental data were fit well with model output using Matlab software. The results indicate that tomato fruits grown in different phytomer positions and the same planting density have the same sink size. The linear relationship can be found between the diameters of different fruits with the same truss. Moreover, there is a delay of growth between different truss fruits. A new algorithm for rows recognition was presented based on machine vision and randomized method. During image pre-processing, a vertical projection method was employed to estimate the position of crop rows. Moreover, the randomized method was used for crop rows detecting. A candidate line was determined by two different localization points, which were selected from data space randomly. The threshold rule was adopted to further determine whether the candidate line is the desired one. The test results prove that the rows detection method is suitable for different crops. The average time required for a 640脳480 pixels color image is 220 ms and the recognition rate reaches 98%. The obstacles were supposed equivalently as cylindrical-rings, and then a three-dimensional planning path problem was simplified to a two-dimensional one, which improved the real-time control performance greatly. Transforming the obstacles from work-space to configuration-space could control the robot joints directly, which could avoid complex coordinate translation using Jacobian inverse matrix. Moreover, processing properly image matrix mapped from C-space could avoid the path planning failure under A-star algorithm. The experimental results show that this algorithm with less computational amount and excellent real-time performance is suitable for harvesting natural growing eggplant automatically. The simulation results show that the transient flow force is large when the valve is in small throttle with large flow and high moving speed, which must be considered during the valve design. By the analysis of the hydraulic force act on the valve-pole, there is an additional radial force that causes valve element lockup existed. This force is difficult to be balanced with only structure method. By computing the discharge coefficient valve in static and dynamic condition, the results show that the discharge coefficient changes greatly with the spool stroke and moving state. A filter, typically a series inductance, is adopted to reduce the switching harmonics entering the distribution network. An alternative filter is a LCL-filter, which can reduce the level of harmonic distortion. The control strategy of grid-connected inverter was used in this system based on a loop of bridge current regulator with grid voltage feed forward. The point at which the Hopf bifurcation to be introduced was determined. Then the linear and nonlinear control gains were determined according to Hopf bifurcation condition in order to transfer the sub-critical Hopf bifurcation to be super-critical one. The result shows that the amplitude of slide-slip of the controlled guideway system is reduced to 14% of that of the uncontrolled system. However, some problems such as the unavoidable scale effect occurring in miniaturization challenge the plastic process, mechanics and equipment. Warm micro-extrusion process is presented and the development of micro-extrusion is discussed. ABAQUS/Explicit FEM software is used to simulate the micro-extrusion to obtain the flow behaviour of the material in receptacle. The influences of equivalent stress, strain and extruding force on formability are investigated. It is found that the deforming non-uniformity in work can be improved through changing extruding velocity, the influence of extruding velocity on stress distribution is not obvious, the control of extruding velocity can reduce the extruding force effectively. Aimed at the characteristics of main reducer vibrating signal, two groups of compounding information for the extraction of mechanical fault feature were constructed according to the magnitudes and phases of complex wavelet transform. The simulation results show that the phases of complex wavelet transform and compounding information are more sensitive to singular points of signal than magnitudes, which can extract singularity of signal efficiently and position the singular points of signal accurately. Subsequently, the fault signal of automobile main reducer was analyzed by complex wavelet transform with its compounding information and real wavelet transform respectively. The results show that main reducer fault feature points can be positioned accurately by compounding information, and the decomposition just needs scale 1 calculation, which reduces the calculation greatly for fault feature extraction. To solve this problem, an improved independent component analysis method based on genetic algorithm was proposed. Then simplified mutual entropy among signals was adopted as the optimization function. The probability of separated signals was estimated by histogram method, and the mutual entropy could be evaluated. The genetic algorithm was applied to find the optimum separation matrix to minimize the simplified mutual entropy. Simulation results show that the proposed independent component analysis method is more effective than FastICA. Finally, this method was applied to diagnose the fault of rolling bearing. The SWMS3D software was used to solve the model and the results were testified with laboratory experiments. The numerical simulation values are coincided with the experimental values, which show that the model is credible. Finally, the affects of irrigation water technologies elements on the soil wetting pattern, film hole infiltration volume of film hole irrigation were simulated and analyzed. The results indicate that the soil character, bulk density, initial water content, film hole diameter and irrigation water depth have slight effects on the wetting pattern, and the film hole space have obvious effects on the soil water contribution near the film hole when the film hole space is large. The soil character and bulk density have obvious effects on water infiltration characters. An EGR control unit was constructed using the optimum EGR rates map of diesel engine test experiment as control map of EGR control unit. Subsequently, a 1-dimensional simulation about the influence of EGR on the whole operating process of diesel engine was carried out, and it was realized that EGR rates was continuously changing with diesel engine rotate speed and load when EGR was used in diesel engine. Taking diesel engine rotate speed 1900 r/min and load 10% as an example, the simulation results show that A/F ratio, cylinder pressure, the temperature in the cylinder and exhaust gas temperature are decreased and the gas mass in the cylinder is increased when EGR is used in the diesel engine. The electronic unit pump is used for fuel supply adjusting and the electronic injector of common rail is used for fuel injection control. Subsequently, the characteristics of the fuel system were analyzed by experiment and simulation. The different fuel injection laws were obtained with different time intervals from fuel supply advance angle to fuel injection advance angle. The pilot injection was realized by means of two times injector controls during the course of fuel supply. With prolonged fuel supply time, the high pressure injection was realized at low speed. The results show that the double valves fuel system reserves the advantages of traditional fuel system and has the more flexible characteristics during the circle of diesel, which will be more favorable to the dynamic performance of diesel. The effects of engine rotate speed, engine load, the advance angles of fuel supply and the biogas replacement rate on the combustion noise were analyzed. The result shows that the total combustion sound pressure level is less affected by the engine rotate speed at 21掳CA BTDC (crankshaft angle before top dead center). The combustion sound pressure level increases with the increasing of the engine load at the same engine rotate speed. The cylinder pressures of the two types of engines change markedly when the fuel supply advance angle increases to 24掳CA BTDC. The increasing of engine rotate speed results in the oscillation of the cylinder pressure at high frequencies, and the cylinder pressure increases with the increasing of engine load at low and middle frequencies. Subsequently, the influence of fusing agent on the gasification reactivity of biomass chars was studied. The results indicate that when the weight percent of CaO is 0.3-0.4, the melting point drops down apparently; when the weight percent of CaO is higher than 0.4, the melting point increases. While the addition of Fe2O3 increases at 0-0.5, the melting point decreases sharply. When the amounts of CaO and Fe2O3 are low, they can promote the reaction rate of char gasification. However, as the amounts of two additives increase, the fusing agents attach on the porous surface of chars and prevent the gas from the surface of chars, so the gasification reactivity decreases. The movement of cereal passing through each sector was analyzed based on reasonable assumptions. Subsequently, formulas of absolute velocity, relative velocity and axial direction velocity were deduced considering the friction force. The results show that the helix angle of feeding sector should be smaller than the complementary angle of friction angle between cereal and helix lamina, helix angle of threshing sector and separation sector should be smaller than friction angle between cereal and leading lathing respectively. An experimental study on the influence of these factors on the range respectively was carried out. The experimental results show that the inlet press and sectional area are direct proportion to the range of the sprinkler, the rotate speed and step frequency are inverse proportion to the range of the sprinkler, and the pipe length and signal junction depth have less influence on the range of the sprinkler. Subsequently, the orthogonal test of five factors and four levels was conducted on inlet press, sprinkler elevation, sectional area, pipe length, and signal junction depth. The results were analyzed with the method of synthesis point rating. The influencing factors of range are inlet press, sprinkler elevation, sectional area, signal junction depth, and pipe length in sequence.
