Adopting partial least squares (PLS) regression, the prediction models were built by the 118 samples in 9 kinds acquisition parameters combination with the resolution (4, 8 and 16 cm-1) and the sample scans (32, 64 and 128). Results demonstrated that the model obtained at resolution of 16 cm-1 and sample scans of 128 was better than the others, and the determination coefficient and RMSECV of cross validation were 0.907 and 0.509, respectively. Applying the model to the test set with 20 samples, the determination coefficient, RMSEP and RPD of test set validation were 0.973, 0.272 and 6.28, respectively. The experimental results show that NIRS can be used as a method to detect intact Zanthoxylum bungeagum Maxim volatile oil content rapidly and nondestructively. A quadric regression equation between germination index Y and factors was established, and the optimum combination of parameters values was obtained subsequently. The results showed that the two factors had significant influence on seed germination (ρ less than or equal 0.01), and the influence of field strength was more than that of operation time. The optimum parameters values are 6.50 μkV/cm of field strength and 200 seconds of operation time respectively. The effects of water supply pressure and dripper aperture on the soil wetting pattern, emitter charge and soil water potential with four typical soils from different subarea in Loess Plateau under gravity SDI were simulated and analyzed. The results indicate that the model can be used to analyze gravity SDI soil water infiltration characteristics and wetting pattern accurately. Gravity SDI is not suitable for Yulin area because of great deep leakage. Under the same irrigation quantity, pressure head and emitter diameter have slight effects on the wetting pattern but obvious effects on emitter effluent discharge in Ansai Sandy Loam, Luochuan Medium Loam and Wugong Heavy Loam. So the emitter aperture and water pressure can be decided only based on the field length and pipe infiltration loss for gravity SDI design. Meanwhile, it is necessary to adopt lower water pressure to reduce water supply pool height and the gravity SDI engineering investment. Especially for Wugong Heavy Loam, larger diameter dripper and higher water pressure will make the soil near drippers quick saturated and harden, therefore it should adopt the smaller diameter dripper and lower water pressure. The experimental results showed that space-time deficit irrigation had a certain inhibition on the growth of height, leaf area, and other vegetative indexes. However, the moderate space-time deficit irrigation could restrain transpiration rate enormously, but make photosynthesis rate fall slowly. Therefore, WUE of leaf level is considerably improved because the photosynthesis has the compensating effect after rewatering. The dry wheat straw was chosen as bulking agent, successively single factor composting tests were conducted on with the initial C/N ratio of 20, 25, 30 and 35, with the aeration rate of 0.18, 0.26, 0.34 and 0.42 L/(min·kg), and with the initial water content of 55%, 60%, 65% and 70%, respectively. Based on the single factor tests, the orthogonal composting tests of L9(34) were designed, The experimental results showed that the initial C/N ratio had obvious influence on volatile solid reduction rate η and HR, especially on t, but the aeration rate and water content had not. According to the results of orthogonal composting tests, the optimal parameters for pig slurry-wheat straw composting were obtained as the initial C/N ratio of 20, the aeration rate of 0.34 L/(min·kg) and the initial water content of 65%. This software system could lead the weeding robot walk along crop rows and recognize weeds between rows simultaneously. A new image segmentation algorithm was proposed subsequently. Crops could be segmented from background directly in RGB space, and then the center lines of crop rows were identified by Hough transform. The robot poses were obtained according to the camera pose and perspective principle. Experiments showed that a colorful image (resolution: 1536 × 1152) could be segmented within 450 ms, and the new algorithm could also adapt the lightness variation. Optimized Hough transform algorithm reduced the segmentation time by 1/2. The average error of navigation distance and navigation angle was -0.6 mm and 0° respectively. The results showed that the navigation method was feasible. The defect dates appear darker than the normal ones. Based on support vector machine, the recognition of the defect Chinese date machine vision was proposed. After the acquisition of the Chinese dates images, the color model was changed from RGB to HIS. Then, the average value H over-bar and standard square deviation value σH of dates hue values were calculate. Depending on the two values, there was few overlaps between defect dates and normal ones in the plot of H over-bar and σH. Therefore, H over-bar and σH were treated as the feature parameters. Artificial neural network (ANN) and support vector machine (SVM) model were used to analysis the dates features respectively. The experimental results show that SVM has a better performance than ANN on distinguish defect Chinese dates from normal ones, and the correct recognition rate of SVM is 96.2%. The coupling between four fields (i.e., magnetic field, electric field, thermal field and mechanical stress field) is occurred at the actuator. Considering the mass of Terfenol-D rod, pre-stress, biased field, the loss of magnetic hysteresis and eddy current, a 3-D nonlinear dynamic model of GMA was established based on the coupled relationship of the three fields (magnetic field, electric field and mechanical stress field). The magnetic behavior was described by the Berqvist and Engdahl stress dependent magnetic hysteresis model for ferromagnetic hysteresis. The simulation results with commercial software FEMLAB were in agreement well with the experimental data. Therefore, the model constructed is valid, and it can help to optimize design of the GMA. The mechanical method was employed to compute the tooth stiffness instantaneously. The tooth stiffness was calculated as an effective function, which also include the effect of error by the difference of the y-axis. The method was illustrated via two error examples, and the effects of the error on the stiffness of different plots on the tooth were examined analytically. The results show that the effects of the error on the stiffness increases with the increase of error, the influences of the error on the dedendum stiffness is more evident than that on the addendum, and the influences on stiffness of the driving gear is greater than that of the driven gear under the same error. The error separating device was designed to realize the accurate adjustment of parallel move, beat, pitch and height, and the horizontal angle between the reflectors. The influence on the measurement result of the interferometer, which is created by using the 45 degree reflector to deflect the beam, was analyzed on principle. The error separating results indicate that the single-time separating of the standard indicating error and the deviant, pitch and beat error of the guide strip can be realized by the device. The additive error created by the heat, vibration and non real-time measurement of the common instruments is decreased via the error separating device. The error correcting precision using this method is five times more than that of the ordinary method. By the typical experiments of the undercut failure, the electric current signal of the spindle motor was monitored and analyzed based on the Daubechies Wavelet transform. The Wavelet smoothing of the monitored signal was used to extract the frequency-band feature. The critical cutting power corresponding to the undercut failure was captured and the undercut feature was extracted with the time-frequency tracking capability of Wavelet transform. Finally, the occurring time of the undercut failure was exactly recognized. The experimental results demonstrated that the undercut failure in CNC free-surface milling could be detected with Wavelet analysis. The coupler can decide the HEV driving mode through a set of clutches engaging and disengaging. The rotation and torque composition of coupler was analyzed through the means of virtual level. The fuzzy algorithm was proposed to control the clutches for desired transient and smooth performance. The acceleration pedal travel and its change rate were used as input, and the output were clutches initial pressure and the change rate of engaging pressure. The simulation model of the coupler with planetary mechanism was established finally. In order to solve this problem, a new WWTP system was developed based on the electromagnetism control technique. This system applied the technology of constant frequency pulse width modulation (PWM) to design the control circuit. The peening force was adjusted between 0 and 1000 N, and the peening frequency ranged from 0 to 25 Hz, The experimental results showed that the transverse and longitudinal residual stresses were decreased by 90% on average respectively when the peening force was 700 N and the peening frequency was 2 Hz, compared with the traditional welding system without trailing peening. Based on the wavelet packet decomposition and coefficient reconstruction of the recorded noise signals, signals in various frequency bands were extracted. Subband signals relevant to the engine combustion process were combined and reconstructed, and noise signals resulted from the combustion excitation were obtained. Moreover, the continuous complex wavelet transform was adopted to analyze the reconstructed signal. The three-dimensional wavelet power spectrum was also calculated to investigate the combustion condition of each cylinder and extract the related information. The analysis results show that the signal energy of combustion noise accounting for small proportion mainly distributes in the high frequency region of 20.480-24.576 kHz, when engine works at the speed of 2200 r/min with full load. At the idle condition of 650 r/min, combustion noise signal energy is mainly concentrated in the medium and low frequency band of 1024-2521 Hz, and has a larger contribution to engine noise. The normal analysis method of failure mode critically only considers the failure probability and serious degree. When the testing and the maintainability of failure are considered, the failure mode criticality can not be accurately analyzed by FMECA. The fuzzy theory was proposed to analyze the failure mode criticality. It comprehensively included the failure probability, the failure serious degree, the testing and the maintainability of failure, which could carried out the qualitative question quantitatively. The failure mode criticality of cooling system of a machining center was calculated to determine the direction of improving reliability. Six test fuels were confected with the volume fractions of 1%, 3% and 5% containing methanol and ethanol, respectively, HCCI combustion tests were conducted on the fourth cylinder of a modified 4-cylinder diesel engine. The experimental results showed that, under steady engine speed of 1400 r/min and at the same fuel injection quantity per cycle, with the increase of the volume fractions of methanol and ethanol added, the peak values of HCCI combustion cylinder pressures and heat release rates decreased gradually, causing combustion duration increased, knock effectively controlled, and load range enlarged. At the small volume fraction, methanol is better than ethanol in controlling engine knock, and methanol is much better than ethanol with the increase of the volume fraction. However, the misfire limits for the fuels containing methanol and ethanol are narrower than that for the base fuel, resulting in more possibility of engine misfire. For the tradeoff of knock and misfire, the volume fraction of methanol or ethanol in the base fuel needs to be about 1%. The experimental results showed that emulsifier dosage 0.5%, temperature 30°C and surfactant mixture when aHLB=13 produced the highest emulsification stability, while aHLB=6 produced the lowest stability and the most significant extent of water-oil separation among the various HLB values for O/W/O emulsion. In addition, it was found that the W/O emulsion had a smaller mean droplet size and lower volumetric fraction of the dispersed phase than those of O/W/O emulsion respectively, and the heating value is higher than that of O/W/O emulsion and neat biodiesel if water content was deducted from the calculation of the heating value. The brake specific fuel consumption of emulsions was higher than that of neat biodiesel and diesel, CO emissions of emulsions were higher than those of neat biodiesel, but were lower than those of diesel, NOx emissions of emulsions were lower than those of biodiesel and diesel. A control system integrating single-chip computer, global positioning system (GPS), geographic information system (GIS) and variable rate application (VRA) technologies was developed, The system employed a high speed single-chip W78E58 unit as the control center, a high capacity U-disk for GIS data transfer, and a self-developed GPS receiver as the locating device. The system could detect a falling seed through a photoelectric sensor installed insider the collector of the seeder, and then opened an electromagnetic valve to control water delivery so that the seed and water could fall at the same time and place. The amount of water was determined by the minimum soil moisture content required for seed germination. The control system was adapted to a maize hill seeder. A static calibration experiment showed that the controller had good linearity. The detection rate of the photoelectric sensor for the maize seeds reached 99.5%, which indicated that the control system had high control accuracy. To investigate the 3-D turbulent flows in impeller passage of mixed-flow pump, its blades were modeled by Pro/E software with bicubic Bezier curve surfaces. Utilizing Gambit software to generate the unstructured grids of the passage in impeller and define its boundary conditions, the internal 3-D uncompressible turbulent flows of impeller at design condition were simulated by Fluent software on the basis of the Reynolds averaged NavierStokes equations, standard kε turbulent model and SIMPLE arithmetic. The calculated velocity distributions and pressure distributions of the turbulent flow in the mixed-flow pump were obtained and analyzed. Finally, the performance tests were carried out, and the experimental results showed that the pump performance could meet the design requirements. The curves of voltage transferred from the resistance of paddy with different moisture contents to the time sequence, were obtained in dynamic process. And from them, it is concluded that the height of wave peak can be the measurement property when moisture content is less than 23.5%, and the curve boundary area can be measurement property when it is more than 23.5%. That is very helpful to promote detection accuracy. The reliability and practicality of the detecting technology and device was validated in different working conditions: the state of high temperature and high humidity in summer, and the state of low temperature, high dust and wide moisture distribution range in winter. The on-line measurement error is less than ±0.5%. The inclined rod is connected to the positioning wheel rigidly, and both of them are aligned with the tractor wheel. The bottom end of inclined rod, touching with the soil surface, can pick up the sugarcane leaf from soil surface, lift to a certain height, and promote the feeding height. The power consumption of the machine was saved, and the pick-up rate and shattering rate were improved by 3.4%-4.3% and 9.4%-11.8% respectively.
