Abstract: In order to explore the impact of water-saving renovation projects on soil salinization in Hetao Irrigation District, Yongji in Hetao Irrigation District which was a typical salinization region was taken as an example. The implementation stages of water-saving renovation projects were divided into four periods, and the land use types and the soil salinity at the depth of the soil layer was interpreted based on remote sensing technology. The temporal and spatial evolution of soil salinization in different water-saving renovation periods was analyzed from the spatial distribution state of soil salinity and the time evolution of soil salinity indicators (total salt storage and unit salt storage). From the point scale and regional scale, the response of soil salinization to groundwater and the evolution mechanism of soil salinization in combination with irrigation, drainage and other factors in irrigation areas were comprehensively analyzed. The results showed that with the implementation of the water-saving renovation project, the spatial distribution of soil salinization degree showed trend of lower in the south and higher in the north, which gradually became obvious. The areas with the highest salinization level were salinized wasteland. Compared with 2000, the degree of soil salinization was increased from 2005 to 2010 with the main performance that the proportion of strongly saline soil ( mainly salinized grades) in spring and autumn were increased by 106. 98% ~ 806. 38% and 44. 26% ~ 190. 60%, respectively. From 2010 to 2015, the degree of soil salinization was gradually decreased, and the main salinization level shifted to a smaller level. From 2015 to 2021, the degree of soil salinization was decreased more significantly, the sum of the proportions of moderately and strongly saline soil ( mainly the salinization level) of 0 ~ 20 cm in spring was decreased by 9. 15% on average, and the sum of the proportions of lightly and moderately salinized soils (mainly salinized levels) of 20 ~ 40 cm in spring, 0-20 cm and 20 ~ 40 cm in autumn were increased by 15.02%, -2.62% and 6.26% compared with that in 2005-2010, respectively. With the progress of the water-saving renovation project, the salt storage in the 0-40 cm soil layer was increased first and then decreased in spring and autumn, and reached the maximum value in 2010, of which the total salt storage was 1. 489 × 106t and 1. 396 × 106t in the 0-20 cm spring and autumn, respectively. By 2021, the average total salt storage in spring and autumn was still greater than that in 2000. The soil salinity and groundwater burial depth in different periods had a logarithmic relationship with determination coefficient R2of 0. 744 and 0. 672 in spring and autumn, respectively. The average groundwater depths of slightly saline soil, moderately saline soil, strongly saline soil and solonchak soil in spring and autumn was 2.351 m, 2. 144 m, 1.953 m and 1.752 m, respectively. The average groundwater depths in autumn was 7. 85%, 8. 27%, 12. 16% and 9. 88% smaller than those in spring, respectively. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. All rights reserved.

Abstract: In view of the problem that it is difficult for high-gap plant protection machines to enter the field in the middle and late period of maize, and the poor penetration of droplets by traditional plant protection UAV makes it difficult to prevent and control pests and diseases, combining the thermal atomization and low-volume spraying technology of pulse smoke machine with high-efficiency plant protection UAV, a plant protection operation scheme of UAV equipped with thermal fog spraying system was proposed. The thermal spray pipeline and remote control system were designed, and the spraying operation experiment of maize plant protection during grain filling period was carried out. Spraying operations were carried out with water instead of pesticides. Horizontal and vertical sampling points were set up in the test area. Droplets deposited at each sampling point were collected by water-sensitive test paper, and the deposition distribution results of thermal fog plant protection UAV droplets in different sampling areas were measured by the droplet analysis software. The results showed that there were obvious differences in droplet size and droplet density distribution in the spray area from - 2 m to 6 m, and the droplets were more concentrated at the horizontal position of 0 ~ 2 m from the nozzle. The droplet size and density from the corn canopy to the bottom layer in the vertical direction was decreased in turn, and the droplet density in the whole sampling area exceeded 20 cm-2. The droplet coverage and deposition parameters were consistent with the overall trend. The droplet coverage rate of each vertical sampling layer at lm from the front of the nozzle was the maximum, which was 18.02%, 13.48%, 4.37% and 2. 11% from the corn canopy to the bottom layer, respectively. The droplet deposition amount on the front of leaves in the canopy also reached the maximum value of 0. 36 μL/cm2in this area. In the whole, the droplet coverage rate and droplet deposition amount on the front of leaves were higher than those on the opposite side of leaves at the same position. In addition, except for a few sampling points where the droplet spectrum width was higher than 2 μm due to droplet overlap and adhesion, the data of other sampling points met the technical index of droplet spectrum width less than 2. 0 μm under low-volume spraying conditions. The research result can provide a reference for the parameter optimization and correct use of the thermal fog plant protection UAV in the middle and late plant protection operations of high-stalk crops such as corn. Abstract: Based on the design ideas of using low-speed double-acting knives to achieve opposite cutting, optimizing the structure of knives to avoid excessive impact on the filaments, and segmenting the cutting operation to avoid multiple cutting of the filaments, a double-acting opposite direction cutting end effector was designed to be installed on the safflower harvesting machine. A double-acting opposite direction cutting end effector on the safflower harvester was designed to achieve automatic harvesting and low loss harvesting of the filaments while guaranteeing the net rate of filament removal. By establishing a tool-filament cutting mechanics model, the key factors affecting the cutting and damage of the filaments were clarified as the tilt angle of the cutting edge, the tilt angle of the cutting edge, and the feeding speed of the cutting edge. By analyzing the conditions for the filaments not to slip for the cutter, the causes of cutting resistance of the cutting edge were investigated from the microscopic point of view, and the optimum ranges of the cutting edge tilt angle, cutting edge inclination angle and cutting tool feed speed were obtained based on the ultimate cutting stress calculation analysis and the previous safflower cutting tests in the laboratory. According to the motion state of the end effector, the harvesting operation was divided into four working sections; cam start section, cutting and separation section, cutter stop section, and cutter return section, and the cutter motion trajectory in each working section was clarified. To improve the working performance of the double-acting opposite direction cutting end effector, a three-factor, five-level quadratic orthogonal combination test was conducted with cam speed ( cutter feed speed), edge tilt angle and cutter blade inclination angle as test factors, and filament removal rate and filament broken rate as evaluation indexes, and the test results were analyzed by using Design-Expert software to clarify the effect of each test factor on the indexes. The best combination of parameters was obtained with cam speed of 27.9 r/min, inclination angle of the cutting edge of 16.1°, and inclination angle of the cutting edge of 19.7°, which corresponded to filament removal rate of 91. 78% and filament broken rate of 5. 32% . The optimal combination of parameters was used to validate the end effector in field test, and the validation results showed that the net filament removal rate was 91.25% and the filament broken rate was 5. 57%, with error no more than 5% from the optimized results, indicating that the double-acting opposite direction cutting end effector can better accomplish the harvesting operation with high net filament removal rate and low broken rate under this combination of parameters. The research result can provide a theoretical basis and technical reference for mechanized harvesting of safflower to achieve high efficiency and low loss harvesting, which had important significance and application value. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Aiming at the problems of heavy labor intensity and high eost in the manual harvest of Xinjiang edible sunflower heads on stalks, a machine for edible sunflower heads on stalks in-situ harvesting was designed, which was composed of in-situ threshing device and seeds recovery device. The edible sunflower stalk entered the in-situ threshing device through the nearside divider, and the stalk was guided to the roller with a strike mode by the chain and the supporting plate, and the roller with a strike mode strike the edible sunflower head to make the seeds fall off. Then the threshing brush removed the seeds at high sipping speed. After threshing, the seeds fall into the collecting hopper. Finally, the seeds were drawn into the sealed collection box by the conveying air duct. And the threshing and collection of seeds were completed. Based on the analysis of statics and kinematics theory, the in-situ threshing device of combined strike-brush was designed, and the main factors affecting the threshing effect of edible sunflower were determined. Combined with the characteristics of edible sunflower seeds, the structural parameters of the air-suction seeds recovery device were preliminarily determined. The method of discrete element and fluid coupling analysis was used to simulate the seeds recovery device, and the operation process of collecting hopper and sealed collection box was simulated and the operation parameters of the fan satisfying the seeds collection performance were obtained. Through the single factor experiment, the reasonable range of the speed of the machine, the threshing brush and the roller with a strike mode was determined. Based on the single factor experiment results, the orthogonal experiment was carried out on the whole machine with speed of the machine, threshing brush and a strike mode as test factors, and the un-threshing rate of edible sunflower head and damage rate of seeds as evaluation indexes. The experiment results showed that when the speed of the machine was 0. 3 m/s, the speed of the threshing brush was 130 r/min, and the speed of the roller with a strike mode was 80 r/min, the working performance of the machine was the best, and the un-threshing rate of the edible sunflower head and the damage rate of the seeds were 7. 11% and 1. 13%, respectively. The research results can provide reference for the design of edible sunflower harvesting machinery. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. All rights reserved.

Abstract: Accurately obtaining the spatial distribution data of seeds after sowing can provide plant position information for field management, thereby improving resource utilization. Machine vision technology was applied to the detection of sowing position. After the seeds fell into the seed bed through the opener seed guide tube, the industrial camera was used to collect the image of the seed position in the seed bed, and the target detection algorithm was used to identify the seed position. However, during the operation of the traditional opener, after the seeds fell into the seed bed, the soil fell back to the seed bed too fast, which made it difficult to collect the original images of the seeds in the seed bed before the soil cover. Aiming at this problem, a soil backfill delayed opening device was proposed and designed. The design extended the soil backfilling time through the cooperation of the soil vectoring device, the seed pressing device and the soil backfilling device, forming an avoiding space for the original image acquisition. After the image acquisition was completed, the soil would be pushed back to the seed bed to ensure the soil backfilling rate and achieve the purpose of delaying soil backfill. The structural parameters of key devices such as soil vectoring device and soil backfilling device were determined through theoretical analysis. A discrete element simulation test of soil backfill rate was carried out. Taking working speed, operating depth and rotation angle of soil backfilling plate as test factors, the discrete element simulation quadratic rotation orthogonal combination test of soil backfilling rate was carried out. The optimal combination of operation parameters was determined as the working speed was 1. 6 m/s, the operating depth was 30 mm and the rotation angle of soil backfilling plate was 40°. The field test of soil backfill rate and seed image collection were carried out. Under the optimal parameter combination, the soil backfill rate of the soil backfill delayed opening device was 96.5%, which was 39.6 percentage points higher than that of the opener without the soil backfilling device. In the avoidance space formed by the designed soil vectoring device, the original image of the seeds in the seedbed can be collected by using an industrial camera. The experiment results showed that the structure designed can effectively avoid the impact of falling soil on image collection, ensure the soil backfill rate, and achieve the collection of seed images in the seed bed, which laid a foundation for computer vision technology to detect the quality of seeding operations. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: In order to ameliorate the current situation of low level of mechanization of Chinese cabbage harvesting and lack of supporting technology and equipment, the key technologies of mechanized harvesting of Chinese cabbage were developed based on analyzing the main planting modes and requirements of mechanized harvesting. The mechanized harvesting technique route of cutting root first, and then clamping and guiding, and transporting was determined, and a single-row self-propelled Chinese cabbage harvester suitable for field operation in southern China was designed. The harvester was mainly composed of cutting device, clamping and guiding device, inclined conveying device, horizontal conveying device, collecting device, hydraulic transmission system, etc., and a single-row and one-time harvesting method was adopted to complete the operations such as cutting roots, clamping and guiding, conveying, and packing of Chinese cabbage. In order to obtain good operation performance of the machine, the theoretical calculation and analysis of the key devices and components were carried out, and finally the actual operation performance of the harvester was further verified by five repeated field tests according to other relative national standards. The Chinese cabbage variety planted in the test plot was “Zaoshu No. 5”, which adopted a wide-ridge and multi-row planting mode in open field. The soil in the test plot was clay loam, the ridge surface width was approximately 900 mm, the planting spacing was ranged from 300 mm to 350 mm, and the row spacing was ranged from 340 mm to 400 mm. Field test results showed that when the working speed was approximately 0. 30 m/s, and motor driving speed of the root cutting device, the clamping guide device and the clamping guide device were 300 r/min, 300 r/min and 175 r/min, respectively, the average productivity of the Chinese cabbage harvester was 0. 11 hm2/h, the average qualified rate of root-cutting was 93. 40%, the average success rate of clamping was 95. 86%, and the average success rate of delivery was 100%, and the average operating loss rate was 7. 84% . Moreover, the working parts of the harvester worked stably and showed a good harvest effect, which indicated that the harvester prototype basically meeting the requirements of mechanized harvesting of Chinese cabbage, and providing a reference for solving the problem of Chinese cabbage mechanized harvest. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Different quick-freezing methods have different effects on the temperature drop rate, uniformity and quality of fish meat after thawing, so that the selection of the best quick-freezing method has become one of the main ways to improve the quick-freezing efficiency of fish and maintain the quality of fish meat in the industry. Taking tilapia as an example, combined with 3D scanning inverse modeling and computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation and other technologies, the temporal and spatial distribution laws of tilapia temperature under cold-air quick-freezing, sodium chloride and calcium chloride quick-freezing were intuitively obtained. The accuracy and reliability of the simulation results were verified by the comparison of the simulation results. The effect of different quick-freezing methods on the freezing rate, uniformity and water loss of tilapia was comprehensively compared and analyzed, and the optimal quick-freezing method was determined and an optimal design scheme was proposed. The results showed that the maximum deviation between the simulated temperature and the measured temperature was 1.81°C, the maximum root mean square error and the average absolute percentage error were 1.017°C and 18.9%, respectively. When the temperature of tilapia dropped to - 15°C during freezing process, the maximum relative deviation between the simulated freezing time and the measured value was only 6. 89% . Secondly, the freezing rate of tilapia under the two immersion quick-freezing methods of sodium chloride and calcium chloride was basically the same. Compared with the cold-air quick-freezing method, the freezing time was reduced by about 73%, and the freezing uniformity was improved by about 10 to 40 times. Thirdly, the water loss rate of tilapia after thawing under the two immersion quick-freezing methods was only 3. 89% and 3. 92%, which were 10. 37% and 9. 68% lower than those of the cold-air quick-freezing method, respectively. Finally, an optimization scheme of sodium chloride hydrofluidization freezing method was proposed. By comprehensively considering the freezing rate, uniformity and energy consumption, the optimal flow rate was determined to be 2.5 m/s. The freezing efficiency was optimal when the fish was placed vertically, and the fish was placed horizontally with its back to the entrance. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Traditional precision rapeseed planters mostly use passive land wheel to drive seed metering device. The phenomenon of land wheel slippage is easy to occur under high-speed operation conditions. This phenomenon resulting in missing seeding and other more serious problems, which reduced the quality of precision seeding in high-speed operations. Besides, traditional precision rapeseed planters are difficult to achieve precise adjustment of seed spacing and seeding amount by manual gearbox. In allusion to the problems mentioned above, a speed-dependent control system of rapeseed precision seeding which used STM32 as MCU and realized real-time data interaction with the WeChat applet on the mobile phone through the Bluetooth module was proposed. Different from the traditional electric drive seeding control system, two speed measurement were used in this system, the land wheel encoder and BDS receiver were used to measure the forward speed of the tractor during low-speed and medium-high-speed operation respectively. When the system was working, MCU analyzed the data from each sensor and generated motor control commands to drive the closed-loop stepper motor to drive the rotation of the seed metering shaft, so as to realize the matching of seed metering shaft speed and tractor forward speed, and to realize the stepless seeding amount adjustment. Meanwhile, users could set parameters such as target seed spacing, ratio of transmission and land wheel diameter through the WeChat applet to apply to different seeders, and key parameters were obtained such as total seeding amount and seeding area. Crucial parameter calibration experiment showed that the critical negative pressure of adsorption seeds was 1 477 Pa, the critical speed of switching the speed measurement mode was 3.7 km/h, speed measuring range was 1. 44 ~ 12.11 km/h and motor speed regulation frequency was 5 Hz. The bench experiment results showed that the seeding quality of speed-dependent control system was better than seeding at constant speed, and seed spacing qualification index was higher than 87% when the speed range was 2. 6 ~ 7. 8 km/h. The field experiment results showed that seeding error was less than 3. 9% and seed spacing qualification index was no less than 84% at seeding speed ranged from 1. 44 km/h to 7. 99 km/h. The system met the requirements of rapeseed precision seeding and can provide a reference for the improvement of the structure of speed-dependent control system of precision rapeseed planters. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the existing driven pulping machine has too much power consumption, seriously damages the soil structure and lets the straw float under the condition of returning the straw to the field in the northeast rice area, an undriven soil puddling machine with improved automatic-leveling and straw-burying functions was designed for paddy rice field. The machine consisted of a rack, a star rake group, a rolling roll, a leveling device and a flat device. The star rake in the front can finely crush the soil and bury the straw, and the rolling in the back can further finely crush the soil and press bury the straw. The flat device can level the surface, and the electro-hydraulic control system can automatically level the ground, which can create excellent plot conditions for rice transplanting operation. Through theoretical analysis and optimization design, the structural parameters and arrangement of the star-shaped rake were determined. The rolling roller was equipped with tooth plate and cutter tooth, and the tooth plate with inclined arrangement and the cutter tooth with upright were used to cut the soil laterally and longitudinally respectively, which can improve the effect of burying straw in fine soil. The flat floor was improved and the height of the flat floor was determined to be 150 mm. Simulation tests were carried out on the forward speed, plate width and pushing angle. The optimal working parameters of the flat floor were obtained as follows: forward speed was 2.4 km/h, plate width was 290 mm and pushing angle was 44°. Electronic hydraulic control system of automatic leveling based on inclination sensor and PID algorithm was designed by using the center stationary leveling strategy, which realized the fast and stable control of the automatic leveling system. Filed experimental results showed that the surface flatness of the whole machine after operation was 0. 73 cm, the straw coverage rate was 91.4%, the stubble depth was 5. 98 cm, and the slush degree was 1. 18 g/cm3. The indicators of the machine and tools were better than the national standards. The design can provide a reference for the research of the water ground preparation machine and tools under the condition of full straw returning to the field in northeast rice region. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the remote sensing estimation method for dynamic harvest index (D - HI) based on the dynamic fraction of cumulative aboveground biomass after anthesis (D - fG) to obtain the regional spatial information of crop harvest index, the research on the regional estimation of crop harvest index was carried out, which was supported by the previous research results of sensitive band centers and their maximum band widths for crop harvest index estimation at the canopy level. Hengshui City, Hebei Province in Huang - Huai - Hai Plain of China was selected as the study area, and winter wheat was selected as the research object, and the simulated reflectance data of Sentinel -2A and its real satellite remote sensing data were used. Finally, under the guidance of optimal band information for D - HI estimation of winter wheat based on the simulated Sentinel - 2A remote sensing data of different band combinations, the Sentinel - 2A image data were used to obtain accurate spatial information of regional crop D - HI. The results showed that under the condition of the simulated reflectance bands of λ2(672 ~ 680 nm) and λ2( 855 ~ 875 nm), the D - HI estimation accuracy based on D - fGremote sensing information was the highest, the root mean square error (RMSE), normalized root mean square error ( NRMSE), and mean relative error ( MRE) were 0. 040 4, 10. 83%, and 9. 56%, respectively, which proved that Sentinel - 2A satellite remote sensing data had certain application potential in the estimation of winter wheat harvest index. At the same time, supported by the band information of simulated remote sensing data with the highest estimation accuracy of D - HI, the RMSE, NRMSE and MRE were 0. 050 2, 13. 81%, and 12. 00%, respectively, in the overall verification of D -HI estimation at different grain filling stages and maturity stages based on red band and narrow NIR band of Sentinel - 2A satellite remote sensing data. The above results indicated that the remote sensing estimation method of crop D - HI based on Sentinel - 2A satellite data and the fraction of cumulative aboveground biomass after anthesis had certain feasibility and effectiveness in the acquisition of regional spatial information of D - HI, and it could provide a certain technical method reference for the accurate acquisition of crop D - HI spatial information based on multispectral satellite remote sensing data in a large region. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: The spray boom of the existing large boom sprayer mostly adopts traditional truss structure. With the increase of spray boom length, the quality of the whole machine is increased accordingly, which is prone to the problem of car trap. At the same time, The balance control of spray boom is more difficult, which reduces the reliability and convenience of the whole machine. Especially in paddy field spraying operation, the function of large boom sprayer is greatly limited. Aiming at the problems of the spray boom in the traditional truss structure, a kind of rotors hovering spray boom was proposed. The advantages of high endurance of ground machinery, large load and flexible operation of unmanned aerial vehicles were combined. An automatic leveling control system was designed to keep the spray boom level during spraying operation. Firstly, the automatic leveling control system was identified and modeled. The research of automatic leveling control algorithm of rotors hovering spray boom was carried out by using the method of “gyroscope and lidar” . It included simulation test, bench test and field test. The experimental results showed that the fuzzy PID control algorithm based on the fusion of two sensors was better than the angle PID control algorithm based on the single sensor. It can avoid instability state better. In the field test, when the spray boom entered the stable state, the average height of each point above the ground of the whole spray boom was ranged from 1.4 m to 1.5 m, and the maximum standard deviation was 0. 102 7 m. The variation coefficient of the mean height of each point of the spray boom collected at 10 different moments was 1. 40%, indicating that the hovering height of the spray boom was stable. The research verified the feasibility of the rotors hovering spray boom and provided reference for the prototype development of the rotors hovering spray boom sprayer. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Litchi diseases and insect pests are not only various, but also have a long onset cycle. The difficulty in prevention and control is an important limiting factor affecting the production and quality of litchi. To better assist the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests in litchi and promote the healthy development of the litchi industry, a high-precision, stable and suitable identification model SHTNet was proposed for the collected image data set of litchi diseases and insect pests. Firstly, the attention mechanism SimAM was introduced into the lightweight convolutional neural network ShuffleNetV2 model. Without additional network parameters, the effective extraction of important features was improved to enhance the characteristics of litchi pests and diseases and suppress background features. Secondly, while ensuring the accuracy of model recognition, the activation function Hardswish was used to reduce the amount of the network model parameters, making the network more lightweight. Thirdly, the transfer learning method was adopted on the improved model to transfer the knowledge learned from the source data ( Mini - ImageNet data set) to the target data (the litchi diseases and insect pests image data set after data enhancement), enhancing the model’ s adaptability to recognize different types of litchi diseases and insect pests. The experimental results showed that the accuracy of the proposed model SHTNet reached 84. 9%, which was improved by 8. 8 percentage points; the precision rate reached 78. 1% with an increase of 9 percentage points; the recall rate was increased by 8.8 percentage points to 73. 2% ; the Fl was 75. 8% with an increase of 10. 2 percentage points. This ultimately improved model comprehensive performance, which was superior to that of ResNet34, ResNeXt50 and MobileNetV3 - large models. Therefore, the final model proposed SHTNet had better robustness and strong generalization ability, laying a solid technical foundation for diseases and insect pests of litchi real-time online identification application platform implementation. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of aerated irrigation technology on soil respiration rate and its regulation mechanism, and improve the mechanism of soil respiration emission under aerated irrigation technology, a three-year (2019-2021) localization experiment was conducted at the National Soil Quality Zhanjiang Observatory as a platform, with two experimental observations each year, to investigate the effects of aerated irrigation ( AI) and non-aerated irrigation (CK) on soil respiration rate, soil temperature, water content, oxygen content, soil bacterial biomass and root biomass. The results showed that AI treatments increased soil respiration rate and soil oxygen content by 12. 30% ~ 20. 54% and 19. 90% -25. 70%, respectively, increased plant root biomass and soil bacterial biomass by 15. 30% ~ 22. 67% and 35. 10% -69. 17%, respectively, and decreased soil water content by 3. 36% ~ 14. 30% . The effects of different treatments on soil temperature were not significant. The regression fitting results showed that soil respiration rate under both treatments had a negative quadratic polynomial correlation with soil temperature and soil water content, a linear positive correlation with soil oxygen content, a positive power function correlation with root biomass, and an exponential positive correlation with soil bacterial biomass. The variable importance for projection (VIP) values of the PLSR model indicated that soil temperature and soil water content were not significantly affected by the different treatments. VIP values indicated that soil temperature (VIP 1. 48), soil oxygen content (VIP 1. 40), root biomass (VIP 1.25) and bacterial biomass (VIP 1.09) were the main influencing factors on the changes of soil respiration rate. Soil respiration rate can be driven by aerated irrigation by changing soil oxygen content, root biomass and bacterial biomass. The research reuslt can provide a theoretical basis for improving the response mechanism of soil respiration rate change under aerated irrigation and formulating effective soil carbon emission control management measures. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: In order to determine the effect of conservation tillage practices on soil hydrothermal condition and maize yield in cold black soil region of Northeast China, four treatments ( FM ; wide-narrow row planting patterns with straw mulching; LM; well-distributed row planting patterns with straw mulching; LX; rotary tillage with straw returning; LN: conventional ridge cultivation) were designed based on the conservation tillage method with straw returning. The effect of different treatments on soil hydrothermal effects, dry matter mass, maize yield and water and nitrogen utilization in cold black soil region was investigated. The results showed that during the maize growth period, conservation tillage can significantly increase soil water content, adjust soil temperature, and “increase and cool down” according to different air temperature changes. The average soil water content of the 0-60 cm soil layer in the LM treatment was increased by 27. 28% -63. 86% than that of LN treatment. The average soil temperature was decreased by 3.20%-7.63% when air temperature was the highest, and increased by 2. 32% -5. 37% when the air temperature decreased at the mature stage. Conservation tillage practices significantly improved WUE and nitrogen uptake and utilization of maize during the growth period. Compared with LN treatment, LM treatment increased WUE by 7. 26% - 12. 90%, while NUE and NHI were increased by 14. 29% - 42. 86% and 4. 00% - 12. 00%, respectively. Conservation tillage practices could effectively improve maize yield and promote the accumulation of dry matter. Compared with LN treatment, LM treatment increased maize yield and dry matter mass by 37.7 -431. 0 kg/hm2and 2 322. 3-5 451.7 kg/hm2, respectively. The LM treatment had the smallest yield variation coefficient and was the most suitable conservation tillage practice with stable yield in cold black soil region. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Traditional CFD - DEM model for solid-liquid two-phase flow usually ignored some minor forces and complex particle-turbulence interaction, which led to the insufficient computational accuracy and failure to capture certain important phenomena. A fully coupled CFD - DEM model considering the Loth lift force, virtual mass force, pressure gradient force and turbulence modulation was established to overcome these problems for solid-liquid two-phase flow. This fully coupled CFD - DEM model well predicted the particle distribution, two-phase velocity and turbulent kinetic energy in the pipe and can be used for the numerical study of solid-liquid two-phase flow. This model was used to analyze the effects of particle volume fraction at the pipe inlet, conveying speed and particle diameter on the characteristics of solid-liquid two-phase flow in the vertical pipe. The results showed that the lift force drove the particles towards the center of the pipe, and the distribution of particles predicted by the Loth lift force was more consistent with the experiment than that of the traditional Saffman and Magnus lift force. With the increase of the particle volume fraction at the pipe inlet, the axial velocity of each phase was decreased obviously in the pipe, and the effect of turbulence modulation from particles on turbulence led to the decrease of the fluid root mean square (RMS) velocity. With the increase of conveying speed, particles gathered more in the center of the pipe, and the RMS velocity of the fluid was increased rapidly. With the increase of particle diameter, the distribution of particles in the pipe was more uneven, but the effect on the RMS velocity of fluid was very small. The pressure drop was increased gradually with the increase of the particle volume fraction at the pipe inlet, and increased sharply with the increase of conveying speed. Coarse particle diameter had little effect on the pressure drop. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. All rights reserved.

Abstract: To solve the problems of high labor intensity, low efficiency of manual picking, and lack of corresponding harvesting machinery and equipment for vegetable soybean harvesting, a spring-tooth drum type vegetable soybean picking device was designed in combination with the physical characteristics of vegetable soybean plants and the planting mode. The working principle of the spring-tooth drum picking device was expounded, the parameter design and structure optimization of the key components of the device were carried out, the kinematic of the pod was analyzed, and the factors affecting the operation effect were determined. The range of key parameters was determined and narrowed by a single factor test. Taking forward speed, drum rotation speed, and header height as test factors, and using drop rate, hanging rate, and breakage rate as experimental indicators, a three-factor and five-level second orthogonal rotation center combination test was carried out. The mathematical model between the experimental factors and the experimental indicators was established and the influence of each factor on the experimental indicators was analyzed. The model was optimized by particle swarm optimization, and the predicted optimal parameter combination was as follows; forward speed was 0. 43 m/s, drum rotation speed was 245 r/min, header height was 4 cm, and the corresponding predicted values of drop rate, hanging rate, and breakage rate were 10.6%, 4.4%, and 5.6%, respectively. The field verification test was carried out on the optimal parameter combination, and the results showed that the drop rate of the field test was 11. 8%, the hanging rate was 4.0%, and the damage rate was 6. 1% . The relative errors were no more than 10. 1%. The variance analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the actual value and the prediction of the evaluation index. The research results can provide a reference for the further structural design and parameter optimization of the spring-tooth drum vegetable soybean picking device. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: In order to deeply explore the matehing mechanism of infrared and hot air in the combined drying process, and understand the influence relationship between infrared and hot air, it was necessary to build an infrared combined hot air drying test platform that can precisely control the temperature and medium humidity, wind speed and radiation temperature. Therefore, hardware such as carbon crystal coated heating plate, ultrasonic humidifier, centrifugal fan, and four-line axial flow fan was selected to design and assemble the prototype. White radish slices and kiwi slices were selected as two representative materials with uniform and uneven germplasm to verify the uniformity effect of the machine. The device consisted of a control system, a heating chamber, a tray material rack, an airflow distribution chamber, and a humidification device. The control system took the touch screen as the host, and communicated with each slave through the serial port to realize the functions of human-computer interaction, logical operation, and data storage. The specific technical parameters were that the adjustment range of hot air speed was 0-3 m/s, the adjustment range of radiation temperature and hot air temperature was normal temperature to 120t, and the adjustment range of relative humidity was 30% -60%, and the error was all within 3% . The numerical simulation technology was used to simulate the internal flow field of the airflow distribution chamber, and it was found that the combination of the pressure-stabilizing chamber and the high- and low-speed axial fans can effectively improve the problem of high wind speed along the axis of the pipeline and low surrounding. The optimized uniformity verification test results show that the maximum speed deviation ratio can reach 5. 9%, and the speed non-uniformity coefficient was 4. 6%. The verification test results showed that the drying characteristic curve of materials in different areas of infrared combined hot air drying was basically close to the central temperature rise curve, and the drying uniformity coefficient met the requirement of good uniformity of drying equipment. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor mobility caused by uneven surface and irregular shape of seeds, poor seed filling performance caused by population compaction and axial dispersion of three seeds per hole, a combined hole filled seed metering device was designed. The length of the outer hole of the inner socket was designed to improve the filling performance. Based on the principle of the brachistochrone, the surface of the backflow plate was designed, and the range of the upper end inclination of the backflow plate, the placement position and the movement of the seed on the backflow plate were theoretically analyzed. The collision process between seed and forced seed metering mechanism was analyzed, and the gathering seed metering mechanism was designed and optimized. The population backflow movement process and gathering seeding process were analyzed by EDEM simulation, and the population movement mechanism with backflow plate was proved. It was concluded that the backflow effect of backflow plate with an inclination of 32° was better, indicating that the backflow plate could enhance population mobility and avoid population accumulation. The analysis proved that the gathering seed metering mechanism can improve the hole collection effect of the seed metering device and achieve the consistency of three seeds. At last, the high-speed photography experiment of seed throwing consistency, single hole test, double factor experiment and acupoint gathering test were carried out. Through high-speed photography, the law of displacement and speed change of Cyperus esculentus seeds was analyzed. The results were basically consistent with the numerical simulation. From the single hole seed metering wheel seed metering experiment, it was found that there was no significant difference in the seed metering qualification rate of three rows of holes. The double factor experiment showed that when the inner hole length of the double hole was 8 mm and the rotational speed was 20 r/min, the qualified index, missing index and multiples index of the seed metering device can reach 96.4%, 1.5% and 2. 1%, respectively. Under the conditions of better inner cavity length and reflux plate, the experiment results showed that the best effect was at speed of 10 r/min and 20 r/min. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the existing monitoring methods are difficult to accurately monitor the individual water status of plants in a large area, and the canopy closure of kiwifruit orchard leads to lack of root domain soil water content (RSWC) monitoring methods. Multi-layer perceptron (MLP) and canopy vegetation index were used to predict RSWC at 40 cm depth of kiwifruit Xuxiang during fruit expansion period (May-September). In the preprocessing of MLP training data, Pearson correlation coefficient was used as the correlation evaluation index between input (vegetation index) and output (RSWC), and one-way ANOVA was used as the significance evaluation index between input and output. Further considering the possible impact of canopy acquisition range on model accuracy, the data were divided into different scales for training and evaluation of MLP. The results showed that renormalized difference vegetation index (RDVI) and RSWC had the highest correlation and significance, the correlation coefficient and P value were 0.744 and 0. 007, respectively. This index could be used as the input of RSWC inversion. The modeling data of RDVI at different scales showed that the model accuracy was strongly correlated with RDVI sampling area A and diagonal length L (R2was 0.991 and 0.993, respectively). In order to maximize the model accuracy, the sampling area should be between 2. 540 m2and 3. 038 m2. The MLP model established by using RDVI of this scale achieved the maximum accuracy (R2was 0. 638, RMSE was 0.016). The research result can provide a basis for the establishment of soil water content estimation method and orchard irrigation system design of non-contact kiwifruit orchard. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Aiming at the problem of lacking the accurate model in the simulation of maize kernel grinding process based on discrete element method ( DEM) . To calibrate the Ab - T10 breakage model parameters and investigate the breakage characteristics of maize kernel, the particle impact experiment device for granular materials was designed and established, and a maize kernel model with convex polyhedral suitable for Ab - T10 breakage model was constructed by using the section method. Taking the breakage probability and t10as the evaluation indexes of impact breakage characteristics, the impact experiments maize kernels with five different moisture contents were completed. The results showed that the breaking probability and t10of maize kernels were increased with the increase of specific impact energy and decreased with the increase of moisture content of maize kernel, and the critical impact velocity was increased with the increase of moisture content of maize kernel. Based on the theoretical formula of breaking probability and t10in the Ab - T10 breakage model, the data of impact experiments of maize kernels were fitted (R2adjhigher than 0. 86 ), and the parameter values in the theoretical formula were determined, meanwhile the Ab - T10 breakage model parameters were calibrated. The grinding simulation tests were carried out with the maize kernel model and the calibrated Ab - T10 breakage model parameters. The results showed that the simulation values were in good agreement with the measured values of the cumulative particle size distribution law of maize kernels with different moisture contents, and the relative error between the measured value and the simulation value was less than 6. 54%, which indicated that the particle model and the Ab - T10 breakage model with calibrated parameters could effectively characterize the grinding performance of maize kernels. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Considering the problem that there is short of test platform that can systematically test the operation parameters and performance indexes of the key components of the planter, a performance test platform of key components for planter was developed. The working process of the platform was described. Meanwhile, the structure and key parameters of the seed and fertilizer quantity detection system, air supply and test module, ground wheel drive module, three-point suspension module, hydraulic power module, and display and control system were determined. The motion frame for simulating land slope was designed based on Stewart type parallel structure. The test results of no-load and working performance of each system module of performance test platform of key components for planter showed that the platform could realize seeding and fertilizer discharge signal, and seed and fertilizer quality detection in the 8-way seed guiding tube and fertilizer guiding tube in the process of seeding and fertilizer discharge. The platform could provide conveying air flow of 1 699. 2-2 557. 5 m3/h when the rotating speed of seeding shaft and fertilizer discharge shaft was 20 ~ 120 r/min. At the same time, the platform could test the air pressure and flow in the seeding and fertilizer discharge links, and the rotating speed and torque of the transmission system of the planter. The influence of -5° ~5° land slope on the seeding performance of the planter could be simulated through the motion frame. The deviation rate between the tilt and reciprocating swing angle set by the motion frame and the tilt angle measured by the angle sensor was 0 ~ 0. 25%, the deviation rate of reciprocating swing angle was 0 ~ 0. 275% . The platform worked stably and could meet the test requirements of seeding and fertilizer discharge performance with different displacements. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: To handle eco-environment vulnerability, water shortage and complex uncertainties in irrigation districts in arid areas of Northwest China, taking Hongyashan Irrigation District in Shiyang River Basin as an example, a type - 2 fuzzy multi-objective programming model for optimization of agricultural - ecological water and land resources allocation was developed. The developed model integrated type - 2 fuzzy sets, fuzzy credibility-constrained programming, and multi-objective programming, with the objectives of minimum irrigation loss, maximum ecological vegetation irrigation satisfaction, minimum ecological vegetation irrigation cost and maximum economic benefit of main grain crops. The decision variables were surface water, groundwater and planting structure among 10 decision-making units in Hongyashan Irrigation District. The optimal allocation schemes of irrigation water and planting structure under different credibility levels and uncertainty degrees were obtained by solving the model. Optimal results showed that the model coupled with type - 2 fuzzy sets can provide abundant allocation schemes. The sensitivity of allocated water to credibility levels was higher than uncertainty degrees, and the planting structure was not sensitive to credibility levels. When the uncertainty degree was 0. 5 and the credibility level was 0.7, the ecological vegetation was totally irrigated by surface water, crops were irrigated by surface water and groundwater, and the yield and economic benefit of maize are higher than that of wheat. Compared with previous studies, the research more considered the irrigation requirement of ecological vegetation, and the optimization results were more realistic and reasonable. The research results can provide decision-makers with allocation schemes which were in line with the actual situation of irrigation districts and provide scientific guidance for the modernization of irrigation districts in arid areas of Northwest China. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Aiming at the problems of easy clogging and poor passivity of the furrow opener in the operation of wheat no-till planter in annual maturing area of corn in North China, the method of precise stubble avoidance on the rows was proposed, and a wheat no-till seeder double guide sliding type deflection adjusting system was designed. Through theoretical analysis, the equations of lower suspension arm moment balance, offset distance and hydraulic cylinder force balance of the deflection traverse mechanism were constructed, and the key factors affecting the lifting performance and deflection performance of the deflection traverse mechanism were determined. The performance of the deflection control system was verified by using the critical proportionality method to adjust the parameters of PID control, and the overshoot amount was less than 5%, the average response steady-state error was less than 3 mm, and the moving response time was 2. 8 s. The field test results showed that when the amount of straw cover between rows and the operating speed were gradually increased, the longitudinal adjustment distance of the wheat no-till planter and the operating speed of no-till planter was less than or equal to 1.4 m/s and the straw cover between rows was less than or equal to 1.5 kg/m2, the stubble avoidance rate was greater than or equal to 90%, the longitudinal adjustment distance was less than or equal to 2.5 m, and the coefficient of variation of wheat sowing uniformity was less than or equal to 26. 75%, which can meet the requirements of no-till planter for adjusting deflection operation. It can meet the requirements of wheat no-till planter and provide reference for the design of precise stubble avoidance device for wheat no-till seeding. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: In view of the problems of low screening swing frequency, low screening rate and low screening efficiency of the two-layer and three-layer screen-type zanthoxylum screening machines, a four-layer sieve type zanthoxylum screening machine was designed. The top sieve was connected with the second sieve, the third sieve was connected with the bottom sieve. The two sets of connecting devices driven by the eccentric wheel and pulled by the connecting rod moved in opposite directions when swinging, thereby reducing the swing unbalanced moment and improving the screening of the highest swing frequency. And the design of the whole machine structure and key components was carried out. The vibration modal simulation of the frame and the four-layer screen was carried out. The stability of the frame and the screen surface, the parameters of the swing mechanism, the inclination angle and the swing angle of the screen surface were analyzed. The screening stability and screening performance were tested. The results showed that the first-order vibration frequencies of the frame, top screen, second screen, third layer and bottom screen of the screening machine were 9.7 Hz, 9.9 Hz, 11.7 Hz, 9.3 Hz and 9. 4 Hz, respectively. The natural vibration frequency of the whole machine was about 11.8 Hz. The higher the screening frequency was, the greater the maximum feeding amount and screening efficiency were. When the swing angle of the screening machine was 2. 77°, the inclination angles of the top and bottom screens were 6. 95° and 8. 12°, respectively. The optimal screening frequency was 9. 0 Hz. The maximum feeding amount of screening was 792 kg/h, and the screening efficiency was 559 kg/h, and the net rate and loss rate of zanthoxylum shells were 98. 1% and 3. 1%, respectively. The net rate and loss rate of zanthoxylum seeds were 94. 1% and 4. 2%, respectively. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. All rights reserved.

Abstract: Peanuts are easily contaminated by various molds during storage and transportation to produce mycotoxins, among which aflatoxin B, (AFB,) is the most common. A novel method for determination of the AFB, in peanuts based on colorimetric senor technology was proposed. Indicative volatile components of different moldy peanuts were obtained by headspace solid phase microextraction with gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (HS - SPEM - GC - MS) . According to the result of the HS -SPEM -GC - MS report, totally 12 kinds of chemical dyes were selected to prepare a color sensitive sensor array with strong specificity, which was used to collect the odor information of peanut samples with different degrees of mildew. Genetic algorithm (GA) combined with back propagation neural network (BPNN) was used to optimize the color component of the preprocessed sensor feature image. Then support vector regression (SVR) was used to construct a quantitative model based on the combination of optimized feature color components to achieve the determination of the AFB, in peanuts. In this process, the optimization performance of grid search (GS) algorithm and sparrow search algorithm (SSA) on SVR parameter was compared. The results obtained showed that the performance of SSA - SVR model was better than that of GS - SVR model. The correlation coefficients of prediction (Rp) of the best SSA -SVR model based on the combination of seven feature color components reached 0. 914 2. The root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 5.683 2 μg/kg, and the residual predictive deviation (RPD) value was 2. 392 6. The overall results demonstrated that it was feasible to use the olfactory visualization technology for the determination of the AFB, in peanuts. In addition, proper optimization of sensor features and model parameters can further improve the detection performance of the model. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: The grain mixture are separated from threshing of head-feeding combine harvester, which was distributed uniformly by grain pan,but the grain mixture distribution was still non-uniform on top sieve; the both sides had many grains and the middle had less, which affected the cleaning quality. The theory of “the sieve surface grain mixture was uniform with crosswise air flow velocity” was advanced. When double conical centrifugal fan working, due to the wind pressure difference Δp between the large end and the small end of the impeller which had the K-shaped blade, can produce crosswise air flow velocity. Depending on the total pressure, air volume and wind speed of the air flow cleaning required for the feeding amount, double conical centrifugal fan with impeller which had the K-shaped blade was designed. The theoretical pressure difference Δp and the transverse wind speed were calculated; comparison analysis of value simulation for cleaning flow field was carried out and quadratics rotary orthogonal combination design experiment and the multi-objective optimization calculation was carried out. Theoretical analysis and experimental verification showed that the diameter difference between the small-end and large-end of conical centrifugal fan caused the wind pressure difference, which resulted in crosswise wind velocity in the front of vibrating screen, puff falling grain mixture to middle zone from the both sides. When the large-end impeller diameter x1=308. 72 mm,fan rotation speed x2= 1 186. 71 r/min, blade taper x3= 3. 12°, the maximum crosswise wind speed may reach 3. 26 m/s, cleaning loss rate y, = 1.08% ,impurity rate y2=0.68%, which improved the cleaning quality of the head-feeding combine harvester. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: The composition and fine structure of corn kernel are directly related to yield and quality of maize. An automatic measurement method for three-dimensional structures of corn kernels based on CT images was proposed, which could quickly extract and analyze the components and structural traits of corn kernel, and the differences of traits among different maize varieties were evaluated. Firstly, CT images of batch corn kernels were obtained by Micro - CT, and single kernel was accurately segmented by using Watershed algorithm. Furthermore, the improved RAUNet - 3D network based on attention mechanism was designed to accurately extract kernel embryos. Finally, an automatic phenotype pipeline was established to calculate 23 traits related to corn kernel, embryo, endosperm and cavity, which were used for traits analysis and variety identification of maize kernel. A total of 120 kernels of four corn varieties ( Denghai 605, Jingke 968, Syngenta 408 and Nonghua 5 ) were selected for performance verification. The experimental results showed that the data acquirement efficiency was improved to about 1 min per kernel, and the efficiency of algorithm pipeline was about 10 s per kernel, and the segmentation accuracy of kernel embryos reached 93.4%. The determinant coefficients of kernel length, width and thickness were 0. 902, 0. 926 and 0. 904, respectively. The proposed method could quickly and non-destructively measure the three-dimensional structure of corn kernel and its components, and the extracted traits could represent the phenotypic differences among different corn varieties, which laid a foundation for large-scale three-dimensional phenotypic measurement and identification of corn kernels. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: In order to realize the stability and high efficiency of seedling taking and throwing of vegetable transplanter, a fully automatic seedling taking and throwing device based on a combined struture of crank rocker and guide rail was designed according to the seedling taking and throwing mode of bowl. The seedling taking and feeding device cooperated with the tray feeding device, seedling guiding device and seedling sorting device to complete the independent tray feeding, seedling taking, seedling throwing and seedling sorting. The structural parameters of rocker - rail and crank rocker in seedling feeding device were designed by analytic method, and the movement process of seedling feeding device was calculated and analyzed by vector equation method and ADAMS simulation, and the actual movement track of seedling feeding device taken by high-speed camera was compared with simulation result, which verified the correctness and feasibility of the design. Taking pepper bowl seedling as test object, seedling speed, plant height and matrix moisture content were selected as test factors, and orthogonal test was carried out with seedling success rate, seedling injury rate, seedling throwing success rate and success rate of planting as evaluation indexes. The results of the experiment showed that under the given factor level, when the single row of the whole machine seedling taking and throwing speed was 90 plants/min, the seedling height was 110 mm and the matrix moisture content was 50%, the seedling picking and throwing effect was the best. Abstract: In view of the shortage of mechanized harvesting equipment for rapeseed stalks, a gantry electric-driven rapeseed stalks harvester was designed to realize the functions of cutting, clipping, conveying, collecting rapeseed stalks, with remote control and self-propelled across the box. The design scheme of the whole harvester was expounded, and the vertical rotary clamping cutting device was designed with emphasis, and the structural parameters of the crop divider, the cutter and the clipping and throwing rollers were determined. Through the mechanical and kinematic analysis of the clamping and throwing process of the cutting table, the influencing factors of the cutting and clamping and throwing transportation of the rapeseed bolt were clarified, and the structural and kinematic requirements of the cutter and the clamping and throwing rollers were determined. The rapeseed stalks harvest test bench was set up, and the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were carried out with the cutting effect and conveying effect as the evaluation indexes. The results showed that the comprehensive harvest effect was the best when the cutting knife speed was 234 r/min, the clipping and throwing rollers speed was 120 r/min, and the feeding speed (machine forward speed) was 0. 56 m/s. The field harvest verification test showed that the harvesting efficiency of the harvester could reach 0.41 hm2/h, the comprehensive cutting effect was 95. 6%, and the comprehensive conveying effect was 95. 2%, which met the requirements of rapeseed stalks harvesting. The research result can provide reference for the structural design optimization of rapeseed stalks mechanized harvesting equipment. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: In order to realize the detection of fish passage in fishway under complex water, an improved model based on YOLOv5s was proposed, and it was deployed and applied to the fishway site of one hydropower station with TensorRT. Firstly, in view of the problems of underwater image blur and target detection difficulty, the Swin Transformer (STR) was proposed as the detection layer, which improved the detection ability of the model for targets. Secondly, in view of the problem of dense fish and little image information, the efficient channel attention (ECA) attention mechanism was used as the Bottleneck of the backbone feature extraction network C3 structure, which reduced the calculation parameters and improved the detection accuracy. Then aiming at the problem of detection target positioning error and non convergence of regression, taking focal and efficient IOU loss (FIOU) as the loss function of the model to optimize the overall performance of the model. Finally, the model was deployed in TensorRT framework for optimization, and the processing speed was greatly improved. Based on the actual collection of complex water body data set, the experiment results showed that the algorithm mAP was 91.9%, and the processing time of a single image was 10.4 ms. Under the same conditions, the precision was 4.8 percentage points higher than that of Y0L0v5s, and the processing time was 0. 4 ms. After the model was deployed with TensorRT, the reasoning speed reached 2.3 ms/img, a 4. 5 times improvement in reasoning speed without affecting detection accuracy. In conclusion, the algorithm model had good effectiveness and superiority, and it was more suitable for fish passage detection in complex water bodies. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: The unmanned operation of agricultural machinery in whole field is an important part of unmanned farms. In order to perform high-efficiency autonomous navigation in field, an improved Stanley path tracking control model based on fuzzy algorithm was proposed, where the control gain was adaptively changed according to the tracking error. Base on the kinematics model and Stanley model, the whole field tracking method of agricultural machinery was studied. Firstly, the membership function was constructed by using lateral deviation and heading deviation as the input variables. Fuzzy inference rules were designed by analyzing and summarizing the experimental data. In order to determine the gain coefficient of the control model, the center of gravity method was used as the defuzzification method, which improved the adaptivity of the Stanley model under complicated path condition. In order to verify the effectiveness of proposed algorithm, a mobile vehicle equipped with GNSS navigation system was used as the experimental platform, where the whole field path tracking of combine harvester was tested and discussed. Experiment results indicated that when the operation speed of straight line was at 2. 5 m/s, and the turning speed was at 1 m/s, the maximum error of whole field path tracking was less than 3 cm. When the initial lateral deviation was 3 m, the distance of guided trajectory was no more than 5 m, which improved the path tracking accuracy of the conventional Stanly model significantly. The proposed algorithm satisfied the need of efficient automatic navigation operations for agricultural machinery in the whole farmland field. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: In view of the fact that the recognition effect of the feature extraction network at this stage is not ideal when the test samples are skewed, fuzzy, defective and other changes, improving the network performance by expanding, transforming, scaling and other ways of training samples cannot dynamically meet the problem of the actual complex disease image recognition task, In ResNet50, a global feature deep learning network ( GFDL - Net) based on global feature extraction was designed by introducing a two-layer attention mechanism and channel feature extraction mechanism. The network included channel feature extraction sub network (Squeeze and exception net, SE - Net) and double feature extraction net ( DFE - Net) , the global feature extraction ability of the network was improved from two aspects; channel space feature extraction and plane key point feature extraction. In order to verify the effectiveness of GFDL - Net, tests such as rotation at different angles and color transformation were added to the images of 15 diseases such as pepper, potato and tomato. It was found that the average recognition accuracy was 20.05 percentage points, 18.62 percentage points and 21.97 percentage points higher than that of ResNet50, BoTNet and EfficientNet respectively after adding rotation to the samples. Compared with ResNet50 , BoTNet and EfficientNet, the average recognition accuracy was 3. 57 percentage points, 0. 53 percentage points and 3. 98 percentage points higher, and the recognition speed was 4. 4 times, 4. 9 times and 2.0 times of ResNet50 , BoTNet and EfficientNet respectively after adding the shading, saturation and contrast transformations. The experiment proved that the improvement of GFDL - Net in the global feature extraction ability of images can effectively improve the generalization ability and robustness of the network, which can be used to solve the crop disease recognition task of changing samples. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: The micro-drive mechanism is an important component to achieve ultra-precision positioning. Based on the principle of balancing additional force, a precision micro-drive amplifying mechanism with adjustable amplification ratio was designed, and the strength, dynamic and kinematics analysis of the mechanism were completed. Based on the principle of balancing additional force, a micro-drive amplifying mechanism without additional force and displacement was designed to ensure the safety and precision of the movement process. The strength analysis of the mechanism was completed by the finite element method, and the results showed that the strength of the system met the design requirements. The finite element method and experimental analysis were used to complete the dynamic performance analysis of the mechanism, and the maximum relative error was 9.41%. The results showed that the dynamic performance of the mechanism met the design requirements and resonance did not occur during the motion process. The kinematics analysis of the mechanism was completed by theoretical calculation, finite element analysis and experimental analysis. The kinematic equation of the mechanism was resolved based on the linear fitting of the three methods. The relative error between the theoretical calculation and experimental analysis of the micro-drive amplifying mechanism was 9. 4% ( the maximum error was 0. 85 |xm) , and the relative error between the finite element and experimental analysis was 7. 8% (the maximum error was 0. 57 ixm) . The correlation coefficient of motion linear fitting was not less than 0.998. The results showed that the micro-drive amplifying mechanism had the advantages of excellent strength and dynamic performance, precise movement, and high linearity. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: In order to solve the problem of information island between the block chain of each enterprise link in the existing aquatic products supply chain and realize the cross-chain transaction between enterprises, the architecture and model of aquatic products transaction based on the cross-chain technology of block chain were proposed. The architecture of cross-chain aquatic product trading system was established by combining the trading business in aquatic product supply chain, and cross-chain technology was used to modularize the trading requirements and cross-chain functions to build the aquatic product trading model based on cross-chain technology. Then the cross-chain trading process was designed based on this model to realize the interaction between each functional module. Finally, the corresponding smart contract was designed to complete the cross-chain transaction between enterprises in the aquatic products supply chain. The Hyperledger Fabric platform was applied to build the cross-chain transaction model for aquatic products. The results of the system performance test showed that the average success rate of cross-chain transactions was stable at about 99%, and the average delay rate of transactions was about 0. 2 s. The proposed cross-chain aquatic product transaction model not only met the demand of existing aquatic product supply chain in on-chain transactions, but also ensured the success rate and security of cross-chain transactions. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Behavior recognition and tracking of group-housed pigs is the key technology to monitor the pigs’ health in smart farming. In real farming scenarios, the pigs’ overlapping occlusion and illumination change make it still challenging to automatically track the behavior of group-housed pigs. An improved ByteTrack algorithm of behavior tracking was proposed based on YOLOX - X for pig behavior recognition and stable tracking to avoid influence due to the complex scene of pig overlap and occlusion. The algorithm improvement included two parts. One was that the trajectory interpolation post-processing strategy based on BYTE data association was designed and implemented to improve the tracking performance. This improvement reduced the error IDs caused by occlusion and enhanced the stability of tracking. The other was to design a detection anchor frame suitable for group-housed pigs and introduce the behavior category information in the YOLOX - X detection algorithm to realize the behavior tracking of group-housed pigs. The experimental results showed that the improved ByteTrack algorithm achieved a favorable performance with MOTA of 96. 1%, IDF1 of 94. 5%, IDs of 9 and MOTP of 0. 189. Compared with the basic ByteTrack, DeepSORT and JDE methods, it had a significant improvement in MOTA and IDF1, and effectively reduced IDs, which showed that the improved ByteTrack algorithm was able to achieve behavior tracking of group-housed pigs with stable ID tracking. The method can provide technical support for automatic monitoring of pigs with no contact. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. All rights reserved.

Abstract: A micro linear series elastic actuator ( LSE A) and its mechatronic system were designed for force controlled robotic adaptive grasping. To enhance the measurement accuracy of the force control system, nonlinearity calibration experiment was performed to calibrate the nonlinearity of sensing system of the micro linear series elastic actuator by utilizing Bezier calibration method ( BCM ) . An actuating force and displacement synchronous sensing method, which is based on dual displacement sensors, was proposed. Identification experiments were performed to develop the target deformation trajectory and actuating force observation models. A PID control strategy based on the target deformation trajectory model was established for actuating force control. Step force control and adaptive grasping experiments were performed to obtain the optimal parameters of the force controller and study the adaptive grasping characteristics of the series elastic actuated grasping system. Experimental results revealed that the micro LSEA could exhibit an accurate sensing and control ability without a force sensor. The LSEA had an extremely low overshoot in actuating force control. For the actuacting force with a amplitude of 15 N, the percent overshoot was only 0.6%. In the force controlled robotic adaptive grasping experiment, the grasping posture of the fingertip could be adjusted by the actuating force control. As a result, the direction of the grasping force could be optimized to point to the object center of mass and enhance the grasping stability. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Aiming at the problems of omission or duplieation of surface image acquisition in the detection of spherical fruits and vegetables, resulting in low accuracy of area identification, a method was proposed to ensure the true area ratio value of spherical fruits and vegetables. Firstly, multiple sets of images were acquired during the rolling process of samples, and the narrow column area facing the camera was cropped for splicing and unfolding. Then the geometric relationship was established by images, and the theoretical length of each row in the unfolded image was calculated. The projected image of the sample was obtained by scaling size with the area ratio of each area conforming to the real value. The standard sphere was used to verify the accuracy. Taguchi OA was used to design the L16(34) orthogonal test. The speed (A), cutting width (B) and height of camera (C) were the main influencing factors. The experimental results showed that the optimal parameters were as follows; A was 0.40 m/s, B was 9 pixels, C was 255 mm, and the projection accuracy was 95.47% . Furthermore, projection experiments were carried out on three spherical fruit and vegetable samples of apple, orange and tomato, and the influence of different sampling angles on projection accuracy was discussed. The detection accuracy of apple, orange and tomato was 84. 0%, 92. 2% and 87. 6%, respectively, which verified the feasibility of the two-dimensional projection algorithm of fruit and vegetable surface. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Addressing difficulties in manual measurement and statistics of key parameters like the number and area of vascular bundles in crop stem microsection images such as high subjectivity, large time, labor investment, and low efficiency, an automatic detection method of rice stem cross-section parameters based on image processing was proposed. First of all, an image segmentation model of rice stem slices based on the improved Mask R - CNN was built. The network adopted MobilenetV2 and residual feature enhancement and the adaptive space fusion feature pyramid network as the feature extraction network. In the meantime, the PointRend enhancement module was introduced, and the regression loss function of the network was optimized to IoU function. The Fl value of the optimal model was 91. 21% ; the average precision rate was 94. 37% ; the recall rate was 88. 25% ; the mean intersection over union was 90. 80% ; and the average detection time of a single image was 0.50 s. It achieved localization, detection and segmentation of large and small vascular bundle areas in rice stem slice images. Through edge detection, morphological processing and contour extraction, the stem section contours were segmented and extracted. The method proposed herein realized automatic detection of six parameters, namely rice stem section area, section diameter, large and small vascular bundle area, and the number of large and small vascular bundles. The average relative error of detection was no higher than 4. 6% . The method can also be used for high-throughput observation of rice stem microstructure. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. All rights reserved.

Abstract: In order to improve the transplanting efficiency of transplanting machine to adapt to the greenhouse, a double row of transplanting manipulator linkage type high-speed transplanting device was designed. Using the double row transplanting manipulator installed on two transplanting arms to alternately take and plant seedlings, the control mode can double the efficiency of transplanting. Through the analysis of transplanting work process, the transplanting arm and transplanting manipulators were optimized, and the key components were parametrically designed and kinematically analyzed. Finally, considering the key factors influencing the success rate of transplanting, and determining tray seedling moisture content, age of seedling and center distance of limit hole of claw needle as the experiment factors. Selecting 200 holes carnation hole tray seedling as experiment object, the single factor experiment and multifactor orthogonal experiment were carried out to explore the double row transplanting manipulator linkage type optimal working parameters of the high-speed transplanting mechanism. The experimental results showed that when the water content of the pot seedling was 32. 6% , the seedling age was 46 d, and the distance between the center of the limit hole of the paw needle was 16. 7 mm, the average value of success rate was of 94. 7% , which was close to the software calculation result of 94. 2% . The results could lay a foundation for the development of high-speed automatic transplanter for potted flowers which met the technical requirements of the transplanting operation of flower transplanter. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: In order to clarify the law of mass transfer kinetics in the process of beef salting assisted by high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF),the HVEF was combined as a new technology with the traditional wet salting method. The effects of 1. 5 kV HVEF and 3. 0 kV HVEF treatments on the total weight, water content and NaCl content of beef during salting were analyzed and compared, and the microstructure of beef with different salting treatments was observed by scanning electron microscopy. Treatment significantly (P-10m2/s, 6. 284 × 10-10m2/s and 1. 142 × 10-9m2/s, respectively. Scanning electron microscope results showed that compared with traditional wet salting group, the myofibrillar bundle membrane of beef under HVEF assisted-wet salting was destroyed and the myofibrils were looser, which was conducive to the diffusion of NaCl and water in muscles. As a new electric field technology, HVEF has a good application prospect in meat curing. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. All rights reserved.

Abstract: Body weight is a key indicator to evaluate the growth condition of poultry. However, the variation of poultry posture will affect the accuracy of weight estimation. SE - ResNetl8 + fLoss network was proposed to detect the posture key frames of floor-reared yellow-feathered chickens. The attention mechanism SE module and residual structure were integrated. And the Focal Loss was added to solve the problem of sample imbalance. In addition, the Gradient-weighted Class Activation Mapping was introduced to explain the rationality of the end classification rule. The dataset was constructed by 4 295 images of yellow-feathered chickens. The Fl-score of the SE - ResNetl8 + fLoss model on the test set for the chicken situations recognition of six classes; standing, bowing head, spreading wing, grooming feather, sitting and occlusion were 94.34%, 91.98%, 76.92%, 93.75%, 100% and 93.68%, respectively. Towards the detection of key posture frames on chickens, the accuracy, recall, Fl-score and detection speed were 97. 38%, 97. 22% 97. 26% and 19. 84 f/s, respectively. And the detection accuracy, recall and Fl-score were better than those of ResNetl8, MobileNet V2 and SE - ResNetl8 networks. The study ensured real-time performance while improving the accuracy of key posture frame recognition, which provided technical support for accurate estimation of poultry weight. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. Abstract: Aiming at the problem of high complexity of real words and low recognition accuracy in the named entity recognition task of kiwifmit planting field, a entity recognition method of kiwifruit planting integrating character and word information was proposed. Based on BiGRU - CRF model, word level and character level information were fused. At the word level, by introducing word set information and using multiple self-attention mechanisms ( MHA) to adjust the weights of different words in the word set. At the same time, attention mechanism was used to ignore the unreliable word sets and focus on the important word sets to improve the entity recognition effect. At the character level, the unsupervised bidirectional encoder representations form transformers (BERT) pre-training model was introduced to enhance the semantic representation of words. Experiments were conducted on a homemade corpus in the kiwifruit cultivation domain containing 12 477 annotated samples and seven categories of entities, and the results showed that the Fl value of the model was improved by 1.58 percentage points compared with the SoftLexicon model. In addition, the experimental comparison of the model ResumeNER with Lattice - LSTM, WC - LSTM and other models in the open data set ResumeNER was carried out, and the best recognition effect was achieved. The Fl value reached 96. 17%, indicating that the method proposed had certain generalization ability. ? 2022 Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery. All rights reserved.
