    摘要:

    以玉米秸秆为研究对象,采用自制秸秆固化成型设备生产成型块,分别考察成型压力、加热温度及物料含水率对成型块物理品质和力学性能的影响,引入轴向位移、径向峰值位移、峰值压力和名义应力等概念衡量成型块的力学性能。研究表明:成型压力、温度及物料含水率对成型块的松弛密度、抗变形性和抗渗水性影响显著,当压力在60~90MPa,加热温度在75~100℃,物料含水率在8%~12%时,可以生产出性能优良且便于储运的成型块。

    Abstract:

    Corn stover was taken as the object in the research. The material and compression character, the effects of heating temperature, moisture content and pressure on the physical quality and mechanical properties of corn stover were studied respectively. During the study, axial displacement, diametrical peak displacement and peak stress were all used to scale mechanics properties of corn stover. The results showed that when compression pressure of 60~90MPa applied, moisture content of the grind was 8%~12% and heating temperature was at 75~100℃, the produced briquettes was with high-quality which was easy to store and transport.
