    针对移栽取苗环节中末端执行器与苗钵互作机理不明,现有末端执行器取苗成功率低、易伤苗等问题,本文设计了一种基于Ⅱ型齿轮五杆机构的取苗装置,建立了取苗装置运动学模型,对取苗装置的位姿进行了优化,分析了影响钵苗损伤程度的主要因素;以辣椒钵苗为研究对象,通过EDEM-RecurDyn联合仿真建立了机械钵苗耦合模型;对取苗过程进行了仿真分析,以入钵深度、取苗爪转角、取苗角度为试验因素进行了仿真单因素试验;在取苗仿真过程中分析了不同因素水平下对钵体施加的压缩力以及基质颗粒间Bond 键数量随时间的变化情况。搭建取苗装置样机,以取苗成功率和钵体质量损失率为试验指标,进行了三因素三水平正交试验并得到最优参数组合为:入钵深度为25mm、取苗爪转角为4°、取苗角度为0°,以128穴辣椒苗为试验对象进行验证试验,取苗成功率为93.33% ,钵体质量损失率为1.56% 。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of low success rate of seedling taking by the existing end-effector and easy to hurt the seedlings in the transplanting and seedling taking process, a seedling picking device was designed based on Ⅱtype geared five bar mechanism. The kinematic model of the seedling picking device was established, the working trajectory and position of the seedling picking device were optimized, and the main factors affecting the damage degree of the pot seedling were analyzed. Taking chili pepper pot seedling as the research object, the coupled mechanical-pot seedling model was established through EDEM-RecurDyn co-simulation to simulate and analyze the seedling picking process, and the simulation single-factor experiment was carried out with the insertion depth, seedling picking claw turning angle, and seedling picking angle as the test factors. The magnitude of the compression force exerted on the substrate and the number of Bond keys between the substrate particle over time were analyzed at different levels of factors during the seedling pickup simulation process. A three-factor, three-level orthogonal experiment was conducted by setting up a prototype machine to test the success rate of seedling pickup and the loss rate of pot quality. At the best parameter combination of insertion depth of 25mm, seedling picking claw turning angle of 4°, and seedling picking angle of 0°, a validation test was carried out with 128 cells of chili pepper seedlings, and the success rate of seedling picking was 93.33%, and the rate of substrate loss was 1.56%.
