    Abstract:

The paper designed a wireless real-time monitoring system with 433 transmission frequency for fresh cut branches of Ilex verticillata in cold chain logistics, which can monitor the temperature, relative humidity, CO2 and ethylene gas. The objective is to ensure and improve the quality, traceability and transparency for fresh cut branches of Ilex verticillata in cold chain logistics. The system includes master sensor node which is used to build and maintenance of wireless sensor network and data acquisition, slave sensor nodes which contain temperature, humidity, O2, CO2 and ethylene sensors and remote monitoring system for remote monitoring and controlling. At the same time, the sensor calibration, accuracy and power consumption are tested, and the system was applied to the North American holly cold chain monitoring. The results proved that the wireless real-time monitoring system can effective applied in cold chain logistics for fresh cut branches of Ilex verticillata, which was stable and accurate for monitoring the critical parameters and quality change for fresh cut branches of Ilex verticillata in cold chain logistics.
