Abstract:According to the national standard of testing method for air-blast sprayer, a system of vertical spray distribution orchard sprayer in the laboratory was designed. A V-shape liquid accumulating groove in fog droplet acquisition device was designed for fast and effective intercepting droplets. The system can automatically accomplish data collection and processing, achieve the automation of testing course, and accurately obtain vertical spray distribution. The experimental results showed that the spraying flow increased with increase of spraying pressure, but had no significant influence on the sprayer distribution uniformity. Increasing the power output speed which could increase air-assisted speed, can improve the uniformity of vertical spray distribution. The vertical spray distribution could be acquired by the experimental equipment.
