Abstract:A centrifugal metering device was designed for rapeseed. Working principle of the centrifugal metering device was analyzed, and its main structural and performance parameters were investigated. The relationship among rotation speed with the delivery capacity, coefficient of variation, stability of total displacement and damage rate was concluded through the captive test of seeding device. The experimental results showed that the rotating speed was 150 r/min,the diameter of discharge holes was 3.2 mm, the tilt angle of discharge holes was 15°, the delivery coefficient of variation was 2.38% and performance test of the device on the rack demonstrated that seeding uniformity coefficient of variation was 18.2%.
