Abstract:1IU/mL基本一致。This work reviewed fermentation medium culture of nisin by single factor experiment. The results indicate that nisin activity was mainly influenced of molasses, corn steep liquor, K2HPO4 and MgSO4. Box-Behnken design and response surface analysis methods were applied to confirm optimum concentration of mainly effect factor. The results show that the optimum medium culture was corn steep liquor 233g/L, molasses 27g/L, K2HPO4 5g/L, MgSO4 0.1g/L. Under those conditions, nisin activity is 2491.8IU/mL, which is in consistent with predicted value 2511.1IU/mL.
