Abstract:20余倍。The paper took edible oil, standard sample of trans fatty acids and odorless mineral spirit (OMS) as experiment materials, adopted Fourier transform infrared spectral reconstitution (SR—FTIR) technique to detect trans fatty acid content in edible oils, the results of which were compared with those obtained through standard method (SB—ATR—FTIR method). The results indicate that the trans acids content predicted by SR—FTIR is linearly dependent on the added content, with a slope of 1.02 and an overall standard deviation less than 0.05. This paper provided a simple and accurate method with more than 20 times the sensitivity of the SB—ATR—FTIR method.
