    Abstract:

The factors affecting the range of complete fluidic sprinkler are inlet press, sprinkler elevation, sectional area, rotate speed, step frequency, pipe length, and signal junction depth. An experimental study on the influence of these factors on the range respectively was carried out. The expermental results show that the inlet press and sectional area are direct proportion to the range of the sprinkler, the rotate speed and step frequency are inverse proportion to the range of the sprinkler, and the pipe length and signal junction depth have less influence on the range of the sprinkler. Subsequently, the orthogonal test of five factors and four levels was conducted on inlet press, sprinkler elevation, sectional area, pipe length, and signal junction depth. The results were analyzed with the method of synthesis point rating. The influencing factors of range are inlet press, sprinkler elevation, sectional area, signal junction depth, and pipe length in sequence.
