    Abstract:

Via a pre-compensator (PCMRAIC) model, the reference adaptive inverse control method was presented and the hydraulic actuator non-linear problem of the diesel engine active vibration isolation system was studied. Four different pure tone sinusoidal signals were selected randomly from [10,110] as the stimulating input signal for the hydraulic actuator. Simulation and experiment were conducted through the PCMRAIC control strategy to realize the linearization control. As a result, the control effect was strengthened with the increase of the stimulating signal inputting frequency. Other harmonic was eliminated at the frequency of 88.52 Hz, and then the best control effect was realized.
