Abstract:A test-bed of axial threshing and cleaning unit were developed, which included mechanical system and automatic data acquisition and control system, after taking the achievements of the study at home and aboard as references. PLC was the kernel of control system. And the software of the system was based on the VI (virtual instrument). It is convenient to collect, display and analyzes data of motional parameters such as rotary speed, amplitude of vibration, frequency,torque and power waste et al. It provided an experimental foundation for axial threshing and cleaning unit designing in the future.
