    Abstract:

    The hot water can kill various germs, virus and injurious insects in the face and inside of the seed. The temperature must be controlled well to kill them but do not hurt seed. The invention is the latest sterilized machinery for seed. It could change the traditional manual labor into machine working. The mainframe of the machinery was formed by the inner bucket and tapered bucket. By way of testing and data analyzing, the result was proved that the angle of the taper bucket was 10° and the machine was working well. The specificity of machinery is that it is easy to control the sterilizing temperature with an error of ±1℃. The seed can be dried in time after dehydrated while still hot. The machine can also be used to select and clean seed.
