    Abstract:

    Basing on the GD-1 high pressure common rail fuel injection system, the fuel pressure control strategy was studied and simulated. According to the operating state of engine the control strategy was designed in open loop or closed-loop separately, and two control modes were switched by the control flags. A PID method was adopted in closed-loop control and control parameters were determined by experiments. Finally the control strategy was realized and simulated by Matlab/Simulink, and the diesel engine can be real-time controlled and satisfactory results can be obtained.
