Abstract:To analyze the torsional random excitation of tracked vehicle powertrain system, the road surface excitation was transferred from frequency region to time region based on given the statistical characteristics of road roughness. The root of torsional random excitation was investigated and theoretic calculating formula was proposed. Then the dynamics model of tracked vehicle was constructed under different road surface by abstracting each element of the vehicle mathematically. The torsional random excitation spectrum was numerically calculated. The effects of road roughness, vehicle velocity and pretension having on torsional random excitation were deeply studied. The investigated results indicated that the road roughness and tracked vehicle speed were the main factors to determine the value of torsional random excitation.

Abstract:It takes a newtype heavyduty truck as study object.Vehicle multi-body model and rigidflexible coupling model with flexible frame were built with FEA method and virtual prototype technology. These models with full loads were simulated in the case of Broad and weighted acceleration mean square root of the driver’s seat floor of cab, suspension dynamic deflection and tire dynamic load were analyzed with different flexible frame, at the same time, these models with full load were simulated in steadystate characteristic test, it was studied that understeer characteristic was influenced by different frame flexibility, and vehicle road tests of ride comfort and steadystate characteristic were implemented. The result showed that simulation results with flexible frame were closer to the experimental results than the ones with rigid frame. With loworder natural vibration frequencies of frame increasing, weighted acceleration mean square root of the driver’s seat floor of cab, suspension dynamic deflection and dynamic tire load became better, that is, vehicle ride comfort was improved. Simultaneously, enhancing stiffness of frame properly could change vehicle understeer characteristic for the better. Consequently, when the frame was designed, enhancing frame stiffness properly or increasing loworder natural vibration frequencies of frame were very helpful to improve ride comfort of heavyduty trucks.

Abstract:A motion model of a high clearance fourwheel drive spray machine chassis of the work process was established and a slip control based on fuzzy control system was realized through the relative slip rate as control objectives. Antiskid controller was designed, simulation had been carried out by Matlab/Simulink and the antiskid electrohydraulic system test device was constructed. The simulated test results showed that the four wheel drive high clearance spraying electrohydraulic antiskid control system worked well, the control response time was 185s, and the control precision reached to as accurate as 97.3%.

Abstract:Adhesively bonded lap is used extensively in the manufacture of automotive structures. In order to explore the strength of the structures with lap joints, the adhesively bonded single lap joints with differential bondline thickness were tested in tension loading which creates shear across the bondline. Various parameters were investigated such as the bondline thickness and spew fillet. The equivalent stress was obtained through finite element analysis to define the effect of spew fillet for thick bondline, which helped to get the conclusions that strength of single lap was decreasing as bondline thickness increasing and spew fillet could reduce the peak value of stress so as to enhance the strength of lap joints. HartSmith factor was used to compute the tension load of single lap joints, which helped to get conservative prediction of strength.

Abstract:In view of poor water lateral infiltration into the centers of wide beds under the system of PRB conservation tillage, three structural kinds of cutters including flat cutter, twoedge cutter and Vshaped cutter were designed respectively based on soil mechanics model. To get strength checking and comparative analysis, ANSYS software was adopted to analyze the cutters. The stress of the cutters applied was calculated based on pureshear and twowedge models, and got the stress pattern and deformed shape. The results showed that all of these cutters’ strength met the demand, and deformed shape was very small. With AHP and effect coefficient methods, and using theoretical resistance, operation fuel consumption and soil moisture as evaluation indexes, Vshaped cutter was found to be the most suitable considering the integrated benefits.

Abstract:Focusing on the problem of fragmentation of plastic film and difficult recovery using machine, combining with the flexible features of corn seedlings, a plastic film collector which could recover plastic film during corn seedling period was designed. The plastic film was picked up by using pickup wheels which had inclined fingers, and separated from the wheels by using flat belt and sent to collecting box by using sweeping wheel. The key structural parameters were determined by mechanism analysis and tests. The main factors which influenced picking up of plastic film were inclined angle θ and length l of the inclined fingers. The picking up rate was no less than 95% and passing ability of the collector was good when θ=20° and l=40mm. Experiment results showed that the recovery rate was 92.1% and the injury rate to corn seedlings was less than 7.2% when the height of corn seedlings was lower than 30cm. The collector could fulfill to pick up plastic film during corn seedling period.

Abstract:A kind of permanent magnetic precision seedmetering device was designed. The seeding component was a cylindrical permanent magnet. According to the working principles of the permanent magnetic precision seedmetering,the model of seeds pickup process was established.A Matlab program based on this model was made. The influences of angular velocity, pickup angle, and relative coefficient of friction on pickup ratio were simulated and analyzed. Combination of optimal parameters was found. The relationship between pickup ratio and angular velocity, pickup angle, relative coefficient of friction were S type, exponential type and loglinear type. With the combination of optimal parameters, the pass percentage of seeding could reach to 97%.

Abstract:The notill planter in horizontal residuethrowing fingerwheel type for maize was designed. The residuethrowing fingerwheel, furrow opener, seeding and covering device were mainly analyzed. Furthermore, the key parameters were analyzed and determined. The field experiment showed that, though adopting the anti-blocking principle that combined horizontal residuethrowing fingerwheel device with residuecutting by knife type opener, the machine could solve the residue and weed blocking effectively and show a good performance of passing and cutting stubble. Compared with striprotating maize notillage planter, the maize notill planter could not only seed and fertilize at the suitable depths, but also decrease soil disturbance and fuel consumption by 69.7% and 19.3%, respectively. It indicated that this new planter could meet the requirements of agronomy.

Abstract:Based on the principle of phase difference, the actual power consumption of the rotary tillage and stubblemulch knife roller in midseason rice straw field was tested by using magnetic torque sensor. The processing procedure was based on LabView. The system was calibrated on the experiment bench. The results showed that accuracy was lower than 5%. The results of field testing showed that the tillage depth of the machine and the rotate speed of axis greatly influenced the power consumption. The better operating status were as follows: operating power consumption of the first tillage with 55mm of depth and 310r/min of roller speed, its average was 7.13kW; operating power consumption of the second operations with 110mm was 7.59kW, the ratio of straw returning was higher than 95%.

Abstract:The equations of displacement, velocity and acceleration of sevenlinkage vegetable seedling transplanting mechanism were deduced. An aided analytical and simulation program was compiled by Visual Basic 6.0. The influences over the kinematics characteristics of the mechanism by some important parameters were analyzed by this program. The length of one of the two driving cranks had significant influence over the trajectory height of the transplanting tip, while it had little influence over the trajectory shape. The length of the other crank had significant influence over the trajectory height of the transplanting tip and hole size. The phase difference of two cranks had significant influence over the trajectory height of transplating tip and trajectory shape. According to the influences of these parameters, the results were analyzed. A group of preferable mechanical parameters were obtained by this program, whose corresponding trajectory and posture could meet the demands of vegetable transplanting.

Abstract:The main ingredients and structure of rape adhesive materials on cleaning sieve were analyzed for sieve hole blocking and multiply increased cleaning loss caused by the adhesive materials. Size distribution of rape adhesive materials on cleaning sieve was obtained. 77% of the adhesive materials’ size were from 0.3mm to 2.5mm, and the main ingredients were distinctly different with different size range. Friction coefficient tests of rape nutshell, rape stalk & the adhesive materials were carried out. It was pointed out that their friction coefficients were commonly increased with the raise of their moisture, and the friction coefficients between the adhesive materials and metal reached to 0.71.

Abstract:According to the material properties of hulling rapeseed, a kind of hulling rapeseed separator was designed by combination air suction above the sieve with shaker. The separation principle and the main structural parameters were analyzed. It was studied that the separation result was affected by feeding volume, wind speed of front wind tunnel as well as wind speed of behind wind tunnel. The results showed that there was an optimal value for the effect of feed volume on rate of the hull containing kernel. Comparing with wind speed of behind wind tunnel, wind speed of front wind tunnel had more effect on the rate of hull including kernel and the rate of kernel including hull. The loss rate of separator was lower when feeding volume, 〖JP2〗wind speed of front wind tunnel, wind speed of behind wind tunnel were 750kg/h,1.5m/s, 5.3m/s.

Abstract:Zero point of airflow velocity which is the heart of eddy current was found by drawing equal lines and measuring wind speed values of multipoint with digital screen anemometer on the DFQX〖CD*2〗3 material clearing and simulation test platform. Based on analyzing the effect of eddy current by the speed or angle of the centrifugal fan, both the law of the centre of eddy current was affected by changing the angle of the centrifugal fan at the same speed of the centrifugal fan and the centre of eddy current was also affected by changing the speed of the centrifugal fan at the same angle of the centrifugal fan. The results of grain cleaning test showed that the cleaning rate and lose rate were affected by changing the centre of the centrifugal fan. The best results of cleaning grain were that the speed and angle of eddy current were 950r/min and 25°, respectively.

Abstract:Combine harvester with axial feeding threshing roller was rapidly popularized in recent years due to its high threshing rate, low broken rate and high separating rate. The movement of cereal passing through the axial feeding threshing roller was analyzed based on reasonable assumptions. According to the nonlinear equations of cereal motion in each sector, feeding zone, concave side and cover side of threshingseparating zone, software which could analyze cereal state of motion was developed based on numerical method of high order Runge-Kutta. The effectiveness of numerical simulation result was verified compared with highspeed photography testing results. This study laid the foundation for the design of axial feeding threshing roller.

Abstract:The growth of aeroponic potato seedlings is sensitive to the ambient temperature as the roots are exposed to the air during cultivation. Effects of exogenous calcium treatment on physiological indexes of potato seedlings were studied in order to provide basis for improving the cold resistance by applying calcium reasonably in the low temperature production season. The results showed that the electrolyte leakage and MDA content in leaves of potato seedlings with calcium treatment were decreased, compared with the control, the activities of anti-oxidant enzymes (POD、CAT and SOD) in leaves were improved and the contents of osmotic adjustment substances (soluble sugar and soluble protein) in seedlings leaves were increased, however, the effect of calcium application on praline content in leaves was not obvious. Furthermore, calcium treatment could efficiently restrain the root activity drop of potato seedlings. The results above indicated that the calcium signaling was closely related to the physiological regulation of aeroponic potato seedlings in the low temperature condition, calcium application with appropriate concentration could improve the cold resistance of seedlings.

Abstract:A certain potato digger in poke finger’s wheel type which fit walking tractor was designed. The machine used the fenselike digging device and the separation device in poke finger’s wheel type. The structure parameters of the device for separating potato and soil was determined based on theoretical analysis.Field experimental results showed that potato digger performed smoothly in digging, lifting and transporting without any block, and potatoes were separated effectively from soil. Damage rate was 4.5%, losing rate was 3.6%, and obvious rate was 96.5%.

Abstract:The cutter’s rotating deformation plays an important role which caused the vibration noise of grass trimmer. Highspeed video camera was applied to get the deformation images of grass trimmer’s cutter with protecting cover and without it. The tendencies and reasons of deformation were proposed. The finite element model of cutter based on experiment was established, the radial deformation was simulated by ANSYS, and the relations of the radial deformation between the cutter structure and rotational speed were analyzed. Reducing the area of big hole in the cutter could decrease the maximum radial deformation (in 12.000r/min, the value decreased by about 30%); Maintaining the motor speed at 8.000r/min around could control the maximum radial deformation below 0.2mm and keep a smooth moving.

Abstract:For resolving plugging problem of the round baler with steel rolls, structure-improving of the steelroll round baler was experimented. In the experimental study, single feeding roll and twin feeding rolls for enhancing feeding capability were experimented separately by feeding capability and reliability. By structureimproving experiment for five years, the round baler with twin feeding rolls was developed, which could resolve plugging in strawbaling course, and improve the adaptability for dry rice straw and green rice straw. It showed the round baler was practical to baling, and could enhance the reliability.

Abstract:Nine kinds of rotary cutter with different parameters were designed. The cross experiment of three factors on three levels was made in order to find out the most reasonable parameters of rotarycutter on 6BX-40 ramiestripping machine. Through analyzing the parameters influence on three indices—the loss rate of fiber, glue content in fiber and power consumption, a better parameter group was found out: the rotarycutter diameter was 45mm, blade teeth helix angle was 4°, blade teeth front angle was 8°. The stripping experiment showed that the loss rate of fiber was 4.3%, glue content in fiber was 25.8%, power consumption was 0.92kW, when the rotarycutter cutting speed was 1.2m/s, bark transportation speed was 0.6m/s.

Abstract:There are several factors influence the range of complete fluidic sprinkler. They are inlet press, sprinkler elevation, sectional area, rotate speed, step frequency, pipe length, signal junction depth and so on. Experimental studies of these factors were carried out respectively, the regularity of range influencing factors was found. The inlet press and sectional area were direct proportion to the range of the sprinkler, rotate speed and step frequency were inverse proportion to the range of the sprinkler, pipe length and signal junction depth were lessinfluence the range of the sprinkler. Orthogonal array of five factors and four levels were selected to carry out the experiment. The dates were analyzed by the method of synthesis point rating. The graduations of range influencing factors were achieved after the orthogonal experiments. They were inlet press, sprinkler elevation, sectional area, signal junction depth, pipe length in sequence. The results showed that compared with active static slice method, varible frequency speed control could save energy by 27%.

Abstract:To solve the shortage of freshwater resources in Huanghuaihai plain, salt stress experiments were carried out with different mineralization degrees slight saline water, the response of soil salt content of active rooting zone, yield and leaf area indexes to salt stress were analyzed. It showed that winter wheat has different responses under different rainfalls in growth duration. In order to obtain satisfactory yields, the highest degree of mineralization was 3g/L in wet years and general years under local soil conditions, while in the drought years, the highest degree of mineralization could be used was 2g/L without taking other measures. The results provided some basis for the rational development and use of local underground saline water resources.

Abstract:Residual lignin was extracted from corncob hydrolysis residues using modified enzymatic mild acidolysis lignin (EMAL) method. The pyrolytic characteristics of the extracted lignin was investigated by thermal analyzer (TA), and its kinetic model was studied as well. It was shown that the pyrolysis of residual lignin mainly occurred at the temperature range of 200~500℃, with two loss peaks at 270℃ and 400℃ respectively. Kinetic study indicated that pyrolysis of residual lignin belongs to twoorder reaction. The main functional groups in residual lignin was characterized by fouriertransform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, which showed that main functional groups were not destructed during isolation. The surface morphology of residual lignin and its pyrolysis char was studied by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). The analyses showed that the individual particles of lignin were polygonal in shape with multiple conchoidal fracture surfaces, which undergone brittle and plastic deformation during pyrolysis. When pyrolysis temperature increased, the char was more uniformed.

Abstract:The online height measurement for a gas storage cabinet in the biogas project is great significant to its security control, estimations of biogas production and management of biogas consumption information. An online measurement of height called reed pipe online height measurement system which satisfied the demand of online measurement of the biogas holder was designed. The system was consisted of a permanent magnet, benchmarking measurements of reed switch and data acquisition boards. The magnet was mounted on the side of the counterweight frame. Benchmarking was a composition of multilevel with reed sensor group, and achieved data transmission through the chip concatenation. Data acquisition board was SCM system and the main role was to capture and upload the high signal. The system increased the enhanced cascade circuit to solve signal attenuation which was cased by the multilevel, in order to protect the system to utilize in the largescale degree measurement of a gasholder high test. Take constantpressureflexible biogas holder as an object, the system debugged, and results showed that the system had good stability and met the measurement accuracy practical engineering requirements.

Abstract:Experiment on the main parameter of biomass pellet mill with corn straw was performed on account of high energy consuming in the process of modeling. Energy consumption per ton solid biofuel, the rate of qualified molded biofuel, mechanical durability and particle density were used to evaluate the effect of changing clearances between rolls and die, spindle speed and diameter of die orifice. The results indicated that clearances between rolls and die justhad an effect on the rate of qualified molded biofuel, and the best optimal value was 02mm, the energy consumption and particle density reducing by increasing of the spindle speed, bigger diameter of die orifice would bring about higher productivity and lower energy consumption. The spindle speed scope should not lower than 160r/min to ensure the high productivity. Further, the rate of qualified molded biofuel was bigger than 95% and mechanical durability was bigger than 96%, which matched the requirements when experiments were done with different factors.

Abstract:Nondestructive determination of sugar content (SC) of fragrant pears with temperature variation (5℃,10℃,15℃ and 20℃)was studied by visibleNIR spectroscopy coupled with multivariate calibration methods. In the region of 500~900 nm, five multivariate calibration models: stepwise multiple linear regression (SMLR), partial least squares (PLS), least squaressupport vector machines (LS-SVM1, only 30 bands spectral data obtained by SMLR analysis inputted as X variable), LS-SVM2 (both 30 bands spectral data and sample temperature inputted as X variable) and genetic algorithmpartial least squares (GA-PLS) were compared. The results showed that the prediction performance was in the order of LS-SVM2, LS-SVM1, GA-PLS, PLS and SMLR.

Abstract:A portable fiber spectrometer was employed for constructing a transmission spectra detecting system. The system took a 300W tungstenhalogen light source, the integration time for muskmelon samples was 500ms, cumulative integral times of discrete spectra was four, and the smooth method of spectra was boxcar method with four counts smoothing. The system was used to detect the sugar content for 140 samples. Based on the classical least square method (CLS), stepwise multiple linear regress method (SMLR), principal component regression method (PCR) and partial least square method (PLS), four different models between the spectra and the sugar content were established. The test of models indicated that the PLS method was more appropriate for calibration and prediction, the correlation coefficient r was 0.857, root mean square errors of calibration was 0.655, and root mean square errors of prediction was 0.838.

Abstract:An electronic nose (PEN3) was used to characterize and classify three different treatment methods of the myrica rubra juice. This method firstly sampled aroma composition emanating from the myrica rubra juice by PEN3 systems and then obtained response values of PEN3. After this, data analysis was conducted by using principal component analysis(PCA) and linear diserimination analysis(LDA). The results of this study showed that electronic nose was able to identify the different treatment methods of the myrica rubra juice by PCA and LDA.The basic research data and approach was provided for the myrica rubra juice processing with the blend modified polysulfone membrane determinations using a portable electronic nose.

Abstract:Banana was used as material to study adding citric acid to inhibit enzymatic browning and effect of hot air drying on nutrient component loss and browning. Uniform experimental design method was used for studying the effect of puffing conditions on the shear strength of banana chips and processing technology was optimized. Results showed that dipping banana slice into 0.3% citric acid solution for 20min could effectively inhibit enzymatic browning. The nutrient component loss and color deterioration of banana slice were occurred mainly in the falling rate drying period. Banana chip was produced by predried with 70℃ hotair to a moisture content on dry basis of 0.3630, then puffed by 156℃ super heated steam remaining for 60s, finally dried with 70℃ hot air to safety moisture content. Obtained banana chip had good brittleness and light nutrient component loss and browning.

Abstract:In order to study the mechanism and its effect on germination and emergence of inner mechanical cracks of corn seed kernels in threshing, a computer recognition system of corn seed mechanical damage was developed and low damage corn seed threshing principle and device parameters was analyzed. The typical external characteristics of corn seed, distribution of crack, formation rule of inner mechanical crack and damage extent were studied by means of stereomicroscope technical method. Distribution and formation regularity of corn seed mechanical cracks were explored. The result showed that obvious differences universally existed in shape and size and the inner mechanical cracks of three kinds of corn seeds, the long cracks were accounted to 39.8% of cracks damage. The main reason for inner crack formation was that crown of corn kernel was shocked by the threshing parts while feeding. The cracks started from the impacted area of corn kernel crown and enlarged to the embryo inside crown. The information about the inner cracks could be found from the crown and back of corn seed kernel.

Abstract:Water absorption characteristics of brown rice and ultrasonic treated brown rice were measured at six temperatures. Pelegs equation was used to model the water absorption below 60℃, and the water absorption character of brown rice above 60℃ was also investigated. It revealed that ultrasonic treatment significant accelerated the water absorption properties of brown rice. Pelegs equation fit the measured moisture data below 60℃ well, the coefficients of regressions r2≥0.996 and there had no significant difference between the measured and predict moisture content (R<5%).

Abstract:A flexible component and pluginsbased hybrid framework for integrating 3D scene of crops growth and its process was presented. This framework was designed to facilitate the integration, reusability and interoperability of heterogeneous models and techniques. The proposed framework was consistd of a complete set of 3Dgeometric components for modeling and visualization, including surfaces, height fields, terrain and lights, and a group of computing components, such as scene organization, rendering engine, collision detection, animation generation and so on. Based on the united defined plugin interfaces, models for visual simulation of plant growth which developed by different research teams could be embedded into this framework. Users could create rapidly a prototype of 3D agricultural production scene and simulate the growth of crops, by using a graphical designing environment. The experimental results demonstrated that the interactive design and 3D scene rendering could be done in real time. The rendering speed would reach to 18 fps in 3D scene with up to 6000000 polygons.

Abstract:The multi-index evaluation model of agriculture machine navigation system was proposed, and the cost, accuracy, adaptability, stability and computing complexity were used as five indexes which mainly affect the navigation system performance. The weight of each index was decided by combining AHP and entropy method, which has the advantages of subjective and objective. The RBF neural network was used to build the evaluation model. Data analyses showed that the method was easy to use, and overcomed the influence of subjective factors.

Abstract:By combining the chisquare test and gray prediction, an algorithm of hard fault detection and isolation was introduced for the navigation of agricultural robot. The Kalman filtered data and historical valid GPS data were applied to detect and isolate positioning fault caused by the GPS failure, and none of other sensors were applied. With the prototype of the agricultural wheeled mobile robot, the experimental results showed that the GPS positioning fault was isolated effectively and had no any effects on the robot navigation. The error of gray prediction of GPS positioning data were less than 10cm, and the missing rate of fault detection was reduced further when the false alarm rate of the chisquare test method was only 0.05.

Abstract:In the course of agricultural equipments reliability experiment,masses of experiment data and multimedia files were managed based on Web application and rich client built by Silverlight technology. Because of the change of data processing and the nonsupport of data binding by Silverlight technology, a data binding method was put forward by asynchronous transmission, the dynamic data was changed into static data in XML data sources, so the data in database could be dynamically bound by Silverlight application and managed in the form of database and file server. The load of file server could be effectively reduced. The storage security and processing efficiency of test data were enhanced.

Abstract:An auto-precision feeding system was designed for pig breeding. According to system components both hardware and software, its mainly components of hardware and software and their function were described in detail. The mainly hardware of precision feeding field system were PLC, stepping motor, driver and discharger. Software application program was developed by using KingView, which was composed of precision feeding interface and feed adding interface. Based on hardware and corresponding software application, automation and precision feeding system was achieved in the whole. The results of running indicated that the system runed stable and reliable, it realized automation and precision feeding , and its maximum error would be less than ±2% within certain range.

Abstract:Aimed at the difficulty of disease diagnosis caused by the weakness of information receptivity of local farmer in our country, a diagnosis system for cucumber disease was designed based on website. Users just need to check similar symptoms, but not to face to numbers in diagnosing process, that means to simplify the general information that expert systems need. This system used production as the knowledge representation method, and adopted quantitative diagnosis combining with rulebased reasoning (RBR) as reasoning mechanism, the results accuracy was judged by its credibility and uniqueness by numbers of symptoms related with diseases. The efficiency of quantitative diagnosis was improved by RBR.

Abstract:Based on the principle of mass balance, a dynamic forecasting model of CO2 concentration of sunlight greenhouse in the northern drought cold area was established. The influenced factors correlative with CO2 concentration changing such as crop photosynthesis and respiration, soil respiration, carbon dioxide supply and natural or winded of closed situation ventilation were established in the model. To validate the correctness of the model, an experiment was carried out in a sunlight greenhouse in Agricultural Science and Technology Park in Inner Mongolia. The results showed that the inner forecasted CO2 concentration was well consistent with the measured data under the condition of sunny or cloudy day in the northern drought cold area in winter, and the relative error was less than 10%.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of low stiffness and indistinctive force perception existing in current electronic manipulator, an electrohydraulic force feedback manipulator was set up. The manipulator had two rotational degree of freedom along X and Y direction in horizontal space, and each was driven by a single hydraulic servoing motor. Therefore, the motion of the manipulator along its different rotational axes would not interfere each other. Synthesizing the advantages of traditional bilateral control algorithm of force reflection servo type and parallel type, a combination of force/position deviation bilateral control strategy was put forward. Taking the hydraulic manipulator as the master and a 4DOF construction robot as the salve, a telerobot operation experiment was tested to study the bilateral servoing algorithm. Experiment showed that the combination of force/position deviation bilateral control strategy could effectively improve the dynamic response and stableness of the system.

Abstract:In order to provide technological reference for selecting materials and setting slanting angle of slippery trapping plates in plague locust capturing machine, attachment force testing system (the resolution is 1mN, the measurement range is 0~3N) was designed, and attachment force of locust on the plates with different materials and slanting angles were measured with this system. The experiment results exhibited that with the different materials of the plates, like zinc plate, PVC plate and silicate glass plate, the attachment force of locusts decreased apparently as the slanting angle increased. For the fixed slanting angle, the attachment force of locusts on zinc plate showed the much lower values. Based on the experiment results, zinc plate was more suitable for the plate and the minimum slanting angle should be 35°~40°.

Abstract:After analyzing the characteristics of disassembly systematically, a multiobjective optimization model that could be employed to generate and evaluate appropriate disassembly sequences in green design efficiently was presented. The hierarchical attributed liaison graph(HALG) was built according to bill of material (BOM) and the knowledge in demanufacturing domains, and the disassembly sequence was generated automatically from HALG through recursively decomposing the assembly into subassemblies. This approach addressed the geometric feasibility of disassembly, the economic value of disassembly, and so on. For more, this approach could be used in the disassembly planning of the complicated products. To verify the validity and efficiency of the approach, the disassembly sequence planning system in green design was implemented and a variety of assemblies including some complicated products were tested, then the corresponding results were presented.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of quantitative evaluation of entity product handling comfort, and based on the analysis of the handling mechanism from psychology and physiology aspects, a quantifiable handling feedback model was built, and the definition of the handling comfort was introduced. With the human model of body joints and segments, the real physical values of connecting joints could be obtained, and the correlative curves were completed. Taking the index of force smoothness as an example, the handling comfort grade was calculated, and the weight of each index was ensured by the method of objective successive comparison, thus the handling comfort index (I) was finally figured out. Finally, a measurement and evaluation system of entity product handling comfort was established. And the representative entity product with two handling devices was measured and evaluated with this system in order to testify the validity and practicability of this method.

Abstract:With the development of belt conveyor dynamical analysis was required to design conveyor. The viscoelasticity model suiting to the belt was selected, and simulation model of driving device with closedloop controlling was developed, which indicated that motor speed and its output torque vary with load and time, therefore the simulation results were more close to practice. The dynamic simulation model of overall conveyor system was programmed, and PID controller was applied to stabilize starting process of conveyor, thus the closedloop controlling system was created in simulation software. The simulation of dynamic performances of conveyor provided accurate design techniques to controlling starting process and optimizing on belts system.

Abstract:In order to improve the machining accuracy and efficiency of spiral bevel gear and implement the informatization of spiral bevel gear manufacturing, the information flow of spiral bevel gear networked manufacturing was deeply analyzed. A functional architecture of spiral bevel gear networked manufacturing integrated platform was proposed, and the application integration and software architecture of the integrated platform were implemented based on Web services. Finally, the prototyped system of the integrated platform was designed and constructed, and the feasibility and practicality of the integrated platform were proved through a networked manufacturing experiment of a pair of spiral bevel gears. The experimental results showed that the integrated platform proposed in the paper could commendably enhance the production efficiency and meet the networked manufacturing requirements of spiral bevel gear.

Abstract:A cutting simulation algorithm of spiral bevel gears was put forward to verify the movement in the CNC machine cutting process. The algorithm separated the cutting process into a series of discrete cutting movements. The cutting movement number was quantified by computing the amount of cutting blades. For any discrete movement, the algorithm interpreted the cutter blades and the spiral bevel gear as cones and layer circles respectively. So the data points on the gear tooth surface were generated by calculating the intersection points of the cones and circles. The algorithm adopted analytic calculation and was applied on the multiple cutting movements simulation of the spiral bevel gear. The programming languages were used to develop the algorithm and fit the tooth surface data points into NURBS surface of solid model. The cutting simulation results showed good precision and better efficiency compared with those in CAD/CAM software.
