    粮食生产供应关乎国家安全稳定,针对目前粮食供应链存在的数据共享水平低、管控智能化程度不高等问题,构建基于工业互联网标识解析技术的粮食供应链数字孪生系统。以大米供应链为典型对象,首先设计涵盖收购、运输、加工、仓储、包装、销售的大米全供应链数字化模型,研究基于标识解析体系的各环节全要素标识编码和数据开放共享,建立实物对象与信息系统之间的数字桥梁;提出包含物理层、网络层和孪生层的数字孪生体系架构,形成基于工业互联网的数据流通共享基础,明确孪生体系架构的关键模型;并详细阐述设备、产线、物料等对象的全要素精准建模过程,构成集几何模型、物理模型、行为模型和规则约束模型为一体的数字孪生模型;最后借助Unity3D软件以及C#编程技术搭建大米供应链数字孪生原型系统,实现对产线的三维可视化监控。实验结果表明,该系统在供应链全要素数据充分共享基础上,通过三维展示、预测控制和智能决策一定程度上提升了大米供应链智能化监管能力,为工业互联网等技术赋能产业数字化转型提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Food production and supply is related to national security and stability. In view of the low level of data sharing and low level of intelligent management and control in the current food supply chain, a digital twin system of food supply chain based on industrial Internet identity resolution technology was built. Taking the rice supply chain as a typical object, firstly, a digital model of the whole rice supply chain covering purchase, transportation, processing, warehousing, packaging and sales was designed, and all elements of the identification coding and data open sharing based on the identification analysis system were studied, and a digital bridge between the physical object and the information system was established. The digital twin architecture, including physical layer, network layer and twin layer was proposed to form the basis for data circulation and sharing based on industrial Internet, and the key model of the twin architecture was defined. The whole element accurate modeling process of equipment, production line, materials and other objects was described in detail, forming a digital twin model integrating geometric model, physical model, behavior model and rule constraint model. Finally, with the help of Unity3D software and C # programming technology, the rice supply chain digital twin prototype system was built to realize the three-dimensional visual monitoring of the production line. The experimental results showed that, on the basis of full sharing of all factor data of the supply chain, the system improved the intelligent supervision capability of the rice supply chain to a certain extent through three-dimensional display, predictive control and intelligent decision-making, and provided reference for the digital transformation of industrial Internet and other technology enabled industries.
