    摘要:

    针对玉米和甘蔗等高秆作物生长中后期田间管理缺乏有效作业机械的问题,设计了一种四轮菱形布置的农用高地隙作业机。该机采用门架式结构,具有离地间隙高、重心低、转向半径小和抗侧翻能力强的优点。左右两轮与中部机身的连接采用调整机构实现轮距大范围的精确调节,能适应不同的种植行距,减少作物根部的压实。左右两轮在高度方向也采用调整机构,在斜坡上作业时可调平车身。设计了相应的液压传动与机械传动系统,以满〖JP2〗足驱动行走、机构调整与辅助装置工作的要求。试验结果显示,该机最大通过高度为2.8 m,最小转向半径为1.6 m,〖JP〗抗侧翻能力是提高车桥方案的2.4倍,轮距调节范围为0~1 000 mm,能在倾斜角小于等于25°的斜坡上调平车身。

    Abstract:

    In order to provide farm operation machine for corn and sugarcane at the late growing stage, a high clearance machine with four-wheel diamond arrangement was designed. Gantry structure was adopted with high ground clearance, low gravity center, short turning radius and good stability. To ensure the steering angle of the front wheel which was the same as that of the rear wheel, and the rotation direction was opposite, a set of drag link was designed, so that the turning radius was reduced. An adjusting mechanism consisting of extension tubes and hydraulic cylinder was adopted between side wheel and the central body, the wheel-base could be accurately regulated in a wide range, thus different planting spaces could be adapted, and the compaction on crop roots could also be reduced. The same adjustment mechanism was also used in the height direction of left and right wheels, and the machine could be leveled on the slope, and rollover could be avoided when the machine worked on a large slope. The corresponding hydraulic system and mechanical system were designed for walking drive, adjusting mechanism and auxiliary devices. The test results indicated that the maximum crossing altitude was 2.8 m, the anti-tipping capacity was increased by 2.4 times than that of traditional scheme, the track adjustment range was 0~1 000 mm, and the machine could be leveled on the slope with inclination angle less than or equal to 25°.
