    设计了一种具有3个工作面新型结构的旋转式磁流变阻尼器,转子2个端面和圆柱面均为工作面,在不增大转子体积的情况下,有效增加了转子工作面积。基于磁流变液与磁芯材料特性,对阻尼器进行了磁路设计,获得了阻尼器的相关机械参数与电气参数。针对阻尼器结构特点,应用有限元法,建立了磁流变阻尼器的有限元模型,并对其进行了电磁场分析,得到了阻尼器模型的电磁场物理量。结合有限元分析结果与磁流变液的本构关系,对磁流变阻尼器的力学性能进行了仿真研究。在此基础上,研制了磁流变阻尼器及其力学性能测试系统,对阻尼器的力学性能进行了实验研究,得到了阻尼器的力矩-转速力学特性以及屈服力矩-电流力学特性。

    Abstract:

    A new structure rotary magnetorheological damper with three working surfaces was designed, which were two end surfaces and one cylindrical surface of the rotor. The area of the working surfaces was increased with the same volume of the rotor. Base on properties of magnetorheological fluid and magnetic core material, the magnetic circuit was designed, and the mechanical and electrical parameters of the damper were calculated. Depending on the characteristics of the magnetorheological damper structure, the finite element model of the magnetorheological damper was built, and the electromagnetic field analysis was performed. Then the magnetic field quantities of the damper model were got. With the results of the magnetic analysis and the constitutive relations, the performance simulation of the damper was conducted. On these bases, the magnetorheological damper and the mechanical performance test system were developed, and the mechanical performance of the damper was investigated using the test system. The damper properties, torque vs rev and yielding torque vs current, were obtained.
