    摘要:

    基于变介电常数电容器原理设计雾滴沉积传感器及检测系统,由此实现对航空施药中雾滴地面沉积量的快速获取。通过实验, 分析建立了传感器对电导率487μS/cm、25mS/cm雾滴的沉积量测量线性回归方程,决定系数R2分别为0.9923和0.9544。利用M-18B型飞机和AU-5000型喷雾机,对系统进行了应用测试,结果表明:与水敏纸图像分析方法对比,2种方法获得的雾滴地面沉积量分布曲线拟合度可达0.9146,样点单位面积沉积量的相对测量误差分布在10%~50%之间。

    Abstract:

    Deposit distribution pattern is an important index in aerial applications. A sensor with variable dielectric capacitor and network system is developed to measure the deposit volume near real-timely in aerial spraying application. The linear regression equations of output voltage and deposit volume with electric conductivity 487μS/cm and 25mS/cm are built by experiment with linear correlation coefficients of 0.9923 and 0.9544, respectively. The system is field tested in a spraying operation using aircraft M-18B and with nozzles AU-5000. The test result indicates that comparing with measurement method of water sensitive paper imagine analysis, the fitting degree of distribution pattern curve is 0.9146 and the relative measurement errors of deposit volume are in 10%~50%.
