    摘要:

    以苹果为试材,进行高压脉冲电场预处理对其介电特性影响试验研究,分析获得脉冲电压、频率对介电特性的影响,并运用电磁场理论分析其影响机理。结果表明,苹果的等效电容、等效阻抗均随脉冲电压、脉冲频率的增大而减小;高压脉冲电场参数对果蔬介电特性有一定影响。

    Abstract:

    Taking apples as experimental materials, effect of pretreatment of high voltage pulsed electric field on dielectric properties was studied. The effect of pulse voltage, frequency on dielectric properties was analyzed. The theory of electromagnetic field was used to analyze the influence mechanism. The results showed that equivalent capacitance and equivalent impedance of apple were both decreased when the pulse voltage and the pulse frequency increased. The parameters of high voltage pulsed electric field had a certain effect on dielectric properties. The obtained conclusion could provide reference for further research on the effect of electrical parameters on dielectric properties for different fruits and vegetables, and also parameters optimization of high voltage pulse electric field pretreatment.
