    摘要:

    利用自行设计的秸秆铡切揉搓试验台,以刀刃形状、喂入速度、锤片数量和主轴转速为变量,对含水率约为75%的玉米秸秆进行四因素三水平正交试验,得出该铡切揉搓装置的最优组合参数为:主轴转速为1000r/min、刀齿为多齿、锤片数量3个、喂入速度为0.88m/s。该机构揉搓高水分玉米秸秆时,破节率大于96%,揉搓效果好。将传统的凸型刀刃加工成锯齿形状,可以提高揉搓机构生产率。

    Abstract:

    A test-bed was designed for cutting and rubbing straw, an experiment was carried out by cutting and rubbing corn straws with 75% moisture content. By means of orthogonal experimental analysis, the best parameters of this device were as follows: the spindle speed of 1000r/min, multiple saw cutting blade, three hammers and feeding speed of 0.88m/s. The result shows that when cutting and rubbing corn straw with 75% moisture content, the breaking rate is higher than 96%.
