    采用二次回归正交旋转试验设计,运用JPS—12型排种器性能检测试验台对气吸式精密排种器排种性能进行试验,得到粒距合格指数为72.31%~98.17%,漏播指数为0.51%~18.7%。对试验结果进行回归分析,得出回归方程并用Matlab绘制三维等值线图,得到各个试验因素对试验指标影响的强弱。对试验因素进行优化,得出最优组合:当相对压力为-2.86kPa,排种盘吸孔直径为5.2mm和排种盘转速为21r/min时,粒距合格指数为91.03%,漏播指数为2.98%。

    Abstract:

    The design of quadratic regression orthogonal rotating experiment was used to test the performance of air-suction precision seed-metering device on the type JPS—12 seed metering performance testing bench. The seeding qualified index was 72.31%~98.17%. The leaking index was 0.51%~18.7%. The regression equation was received by regression analysis of the test results. 3-D figures were drawn with Matlab. Various effects on the experimental indexes by each factor could be received. The experimental factors were optimized, and then the best combination was achieved. When the relative pressure was -2.86kPa,the hole diameter was 5.2mm and the speed of seed tray was 21r/min, the seeding qualified index was 91.03% and the leaking seed index was 2.98%.
