    摘要:

    提出了产品配置与变型设计分界点的概念,将产品性能与客户满意度相结合构建优化目标函数,并设计了由性能评价指数判断分界点和由性能相似度判断需变型零部件的判别方法。然后以产品性能最优为目标,设计了基于遗传算法的多目标优化求解算法,并给出了分界点判断的具体流程。最后进行了实例验证,结果表明所提出的方法能够有效解决分界点的判断问题。

    Abstract:

    The concept of dividing point between configuration and variant design was proposed firstly. An optimization objective function was constructed by combining product performance and the customer satisfaction. A judging method was designed with a performance index for checking the dividing point and performance similarity for finding the parts of required variant design. Then, with the objectives of optimal product performance, a multi-objective optimization algorithm was designed based on genetic algorithm, and the process of checking the dividing point was also specified. In the end, the proposed genetic algorithm was verified by an example. The results showed that the proposed approach could solve this problem efficiency. 
