    摘要:

    为研究棉花秸秆切割性能,为棉秆切割收获装备的开发提供技术支持和理论依据,设计了可模拟棉秆不对行切割收获过程的曲柄连杆式棉秆切割试验台。试验台的棉秆喂入输送速度与切割速度为0~2m/s、切割倾角为0°~15°,并对样机的工作性能和棉秆切割性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,空载时切割器阻力的峰值随着割刀平均切割速度的增加而增大,单个工作周期内的切割器阻力功耗基本不受平均切割速度变化的影响;棉秆峰值切割力随割刀平均切割速度的增加而降低,切割棉秆单位消耗功随割刀平均切割速度的增加而减小。

    Abstract:

    In order to research cutting performance of cotton stalk for giving technical support and theoretical basis of the development of cotton stalk harvester, a crank-connecting rod cotton stalk cutting test bench was designed which could simulate the cutting harvest of cotton stalk with regardless of row. The feed conveying speed and the cutting speed of cotton stalk were regulated from 0 to 2m/s and the cutting angle was adjusted from 0° to 15°. The working performance of prototype and the cutting properties of cotton stalk were investigated. The results indicated that the peak of cutter resistance increased with the increase of the average cutting speed and the change of average cutting speed had no effect on the power consumption of cutter resistance in a working cycle when the cutting test bench was under no load running. In addition, the peak of cotton stalk cutting force and the power consumption that the unit cotton stalk was cut decreased with the increase of average cutting speed in the process of cutting cotton stalk.
