    摘要:

    借助高速摄像技术,对钉齿式轴流脱粒与分离装置在不同滚筒转速条件下自由籽粒运动过程和碰撞过程进行了对比试验研究,得出滚筒转速变化时自由籽粒的运动规律和自由籽粒与钉齿碰撞后的运动规律。结果表明:滚筒转速增加,自由籽粒的运动速度随之增大,多数自由籽粒处于中速运动状态,受钉齿碰撞后呈加速运动趋势。

    Abstract:

    Comparative experiments of free grain movement and collision under different drum speeds were carried out by using high-speed video camera on a self-designed axial flow threshing and separating device with nails teeth. The movement discipline of free grain and the movement discipline after the collision of free grain and nail tooth under different drum speeds were obtained. The results showed that the free grains movement speed increased with the increasing of drum speed. Most of the free grains moved in a medium-speed and showed a tendency of accelerating motion after crashed by the nail teeth.
