    以dSPACE为控制器设计了重型车辆电控机械式自动变速系统(AMT),按照V模式开发流程进行了硬件设计,控制软件代码自动生成,整车标定与测试。在12挡手动变速重型载货汽车平台上,设计了AMT液压控制系统、换挡执行机构和离合器自动控制系统,确定了系统控制策略,完成了控制软件设计,进行了实车标定与控制性能试验。结果表明,基于dSPACE的重型车辆AMT系统控制性能达到了预期的目标,控制软件开发与实车参数标定、调试容易,可减少控制系统在设计、开发、试验到定型过程中的重复工作,加快研发周期。

    Abstract:

    Automated mechanical transmission (AMT) control system for heavy vehicle was developed based on dSPACE control. Hardware development, automatic code generation, vehicle calibration and testing were carried out based on V-type development process. Hydraulic control system, gear shifting actuator and clutch automatic control system for AMT were designed. The control strategy was confirmed. The development of control software was accomplished. Vehicles calibration and control performance testing based on the 12-gear MT of heavy truck platform were performed. The results showed that the heavy vehicle AMT based on the dSPACE achieved the expected goal. The software development and vehicle parameters calibration could be controlled. Thus, the repeated work could be diminished in design, development and the process of testing to typing, so that the development cycle could be accelerated.
