中文摘要:针对锤片式粉碎机工作过程中物料环流层影响粉碎性能的特点,设计了分段圆弧筛片代替环形平筛,使锤筛间隙不断变化,破坏环流层,改善粉碎机性能。试验研究表明,针对4KB型锤片式粉碎机设计的15种分段圆弧筛片中,当分段圆弧半径为76mm,间距为97mm时,粉碎机的生产率最高,比环形平筛增加了29.8%,度电产量增加了26.6 %,过度粉碎现象得到了改善,物料粒度也比较均匀,温升明显降低。

Abstract:Based on the fact that corn circulation layer affects the grading performance in the working process of the hammer mill, piecewise arc-shaped screens were designed for substituting the circular-shaped screen. In order to improve the grading performance of hammer mill, the space between the hammer and screen was changed repeatedly, and the corn circulation layer was destroyed. 15 kinds of piecewise arc-shaped screens were designed for the 4KB hammer mill. The experimental study indicated that the hammer mill with the screen piecewise arc radius of 76mm and the space between arcs of 97mm had the highest production efficiency. Compared with flat circular-shaped screen, the production efficiency and power output in every kW·h increased by 29.8% and 26.6%, respectively. The over grading phenomenon was improved. Particle size of the corn was uniform and the temperature rise of the corn was decreased. 

Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agriculture Machinery (CSAM), in charged of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), sponsored by CSAM and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science(CAAMS), started publication in 1957. It is the earliest interdisciplinary journal in Chinese which combines agricultural and engineering. It always closely grasps the development direction of agriculture engineering disciplines and the published papers represent the highest academic level of agriculture engineering in China. Currently, nearly 8,000 papers have been already published. There are around 3,000 papers contributed to the journal each year, but only around 600 of them will be accepted. Transactions of CSAM focuses on a wide range of agricultural machinery, irrigation, electronics, robotics, agro-products engineering, biological energy, agricultural structures and environment and more. Subjects in Transactions of the CSAM have been embodied by many internationally well-known index systems, such as: EI Compendex, CA, CSA, etc.
