中文摘要:推导了蔬菜移栽机放苗七杆机构的位移、速度和加速度方程,用Visual Basic 6.0语言编写了放苗机构的辅助分析和仿真程序。利用该程序分析了主要参数对该机构运动特性的影响。双曲柄机构中曲柄OA的长度对插植嘴的轨迹高度影响很大,而对轨迹的形状影响不大;曲柄CD的长度对插植嘴的轨迹高度和穴口的大小影响很大;两主动曲柄的相位差对插植嘴的轨迹高度和轨迹形状影响都很大。根据参数影响分析结果,利用该程序求得一组较优机构参数,其对应的轨迹和姿态能满足蔬菜移栽的农艺要求。

Abstract:The equations of displacement, velocity and acceleration of seven linkage vegetable seedling transplanting mechanism were deduced. An aided analytical and simulation program was compiled by Visual Basic 6.0. The influences over the kinematics characteristics of the mechanism by some important parameters were analyzed by this program. The length of one of the two driving cranks had significant influence over the trajectory height of the transplanting tip, while it had little influence over the trajectory shape. The length of the other crank had significant influence over the trajectory height of the transplanting tip and hole size. The phase difference of two cranks had significant influence over the trajectory height of transplating tip and trajectory shape. According to the influences of these parameters, the results were analyzed. A group of preferable mechanical parameters were obtained by this program, whose corresponding trajectory and posture could meet the demands of vegetable transplanting.

Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agriculture Machinery (CSAM), in charged of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), sponsored by CSAM and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science(CAAMS), started publication in 1957. It is the earliest interdisciplinary journal in Chinese which combines agricultural and engineering. It always closely grasps the development direction of agriculture engineering disciplines and the published papers represent the highest academic level of agriculture engineering in China. Currently, nearly 8,000 papers have been already published. There are around 3,000 papers contributed to the journal each year, but only around 600 of them will be accepted. Transactions of CSAM focuses on a wide range of agricultural machinery, irrigation, electronics, robotics, agro-products engineering, biological energy, agricultural structures and environment and more. Subjects in Transactions of the CSAM have been embodied by many internationally well-known index systems, such as: EI Compendex, CA, CSA, etc.
