    摘要:

    作物产量空间变异信息是实施精细农业的基础,为了获取产量信息,开发了一款新型冲击式谷物流量传感器。传感器由机械部分和电路部分组成,机械部分主要由感力板、敏感梁、底座以及传感器外壳等组成,敏感梁的上下表面贴有应变片。感力板受到谷物的冲击,从而带动敏感梁发生形变,通过应变片组成的桥式测量电路输出电信号。传感器的输出信号为电压形式。在静态试验和室内动态试验的基础上分别在河北省保定市和黑龙江省佳木斯市进行了收获小麦和水稻的田间试验,结果表明,传感器安装在合适的位置时,有着比较好的线性度,谷物产量的累积计量精度满足精细农业测产的要求。

    Abstract:

    Field information collection is the key technology of precision agriculture. To obtain the yield information, an impact-type grain flow sensor is developed for the yield monitor system. The grain flow sensor consists of a mechanical unit and an electrical unit. The mechanical unit is composed of an impact plate, a sensitive bar, some strain gauges, etc. The strain gauges are stuck on the sensitive bar. When grain flow impacts the plate, the bar bends and the bridge circuit consisted of the strain gauges outputs electrical signal. The output of the sensor is voltage signal. On the basis of the static experiments and indoor experiments, field experiments are finished in Baoding of Hebei Province and Jiamusi of Heilongjiang Province. Harvesting crops are wheat and rice. The results show that the sensor has higher linear property and the accuracy meets the requirements of the precision agriculture.
