    分析了具有旋转、平移和尺度变换不变性,并且与边界的起点位置无关的归一化傅里叶描述子,并把傅里叶描述子及欧氏距离应用于稻飞虱的形状识别中,通过计算同一形状和不同形状的平均离散度检验了归一化傅里叶描述子系数的稳定性,从而确定形状系数基准值。对191张样本图像进行了测试,当相似度差异小于0.0123时,稻飞虱误判率为7.85%。结果表明,归一化傅里叶描述子具有高效的识别性能。

    Abstract:

    Fourier descriptors(FDs) which didn’t change with changes of translation, rotation and scale, and were also independent of the location of the beginning point of the image edge were analyzed. The FDs and Euclidean distance were applied to the recognition of the rice hopper shape. Average discrete degree of sogatella furcifera and rice hopper was calculated to test stability of FDs and coefficients reference value of shape feature was determined. Through 191 sample images tested, it was found that when similarity difference was less 0.0123,error rate of rice hopper was 7.85%. The experiment results indicated that this approach had a good recognition performance.
