中文摘要:用复杂网络描述产品族的结构,运用简单路径搜索算法求出产品层次序列,计算点介数及各级零部件的使用情况;以简单路径作为边中介性的度量,得到边介数;去除中介性最大的连接;计算最佳分类数Q;重新计算边介数。如此反复,可以得到Q函数的分布曲线和聚类图,进而得到模块划分结果。根据零部件使用情况和被标记的结构实体,调整和优化模块划分结果。以工业汽轮机产品族为例,对其结构进行了模块化分析,结果符合实际需要。

Abstract:Main structure of product family can be depicted as a directed complex network. Parameters such as node betweenness, edge betweenness and Q function values were calculated through simple path detecting algorithm for obtaining distributing curve of Q and clustering dendrogram. Division results can be gained from clustering dendrogram. The results were adjusted and optimized according to parts usage times and entities with sign. As an example, a product family of the industry steam turbine was analyzed with this algorithm and some practical results were obtained.

Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agriculture Machinery (CSAM), in charged of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), sponsored by CSAM and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science(CAAMS), started publication in 1957. It is the earliest interdisciplinary journal in Chinese which combines agricultural and engineering. It always closely grasps the development direction of agriculture engineering disciplines and the published papers represent the highest academic level of agriculture engineering in China. Currently, nearly 8,000 papers have been already published. There are around 3,000 papers contributed to the journal each year, but only around 600 of them will be accepted. Transactions of CSAM focuses on a wide range of agricultural machinery, irrigation, electronics, robotics, agro-products engineering, biological energy, agricultural structures and environment and more. Subjects in Transactions of the CSAM have been embodied by many internationally well-known index systems, such as: EI Compendex, CA, CSA, etc.
