    为了选择动力总成合适的悬置位置,建立了某型柴油机机体、变速箱和动力总成的有限元分析模型,并分别分析了其动态特性,得出中间悬置点设置在飞轮壳上优于设置在离合器壳上。通过改变悬置位置,发动机振动烈度由3.92mm/s减小为3.20mm/s,动力总成振动烈度由4.13mm/s减小为3.43mm/s。实验结果说明,合理选择动力总成的悬置位置有利于降低发动机对车体的振动能量输入,进而提高车辆乘坐的舒适性。

    Abstract:

    In order to choose the reasonable powertrain mounting locations, the finite element models of a certain type of engine block, transmission and powertrain were established, and their dynamic characteristics were analyzed separately. The results show that the middle mounting point located on flywheel is better than which on clutch shell. Engine vibration severity has decreased from 3.92mm/s to 3.20mm/s, and powertrain vibration severity has decreased from 4.13mm/s to 3.43mm/s by changing the mounting locations. The experimental validation shows that reasonable choice of powertrain mounting locations is useful to reduce engine vibration transmission and increase ride comfort.
