    摘要:

    针对某重型车辆油气混合型悬架试验系统,建立了油气悬架负载的电液伺服驱动力控制系统的数学模型,并分析了负载刚度变化对系统幅值裕量与相位裕量的影响,得到控制参数与负载刚度之间的关系。为了能够提高系统的动态性能,引入根据刚度变化自动进行增益和转折频率调整的二阶校正环节。仿真和试验均表明所提方法对提高试验精度的有效性。

    Abstract:

    A mathematic model of electro-hydraulic servo driving force control system for a heavy vehicle hydro-pneumatic suspension was established. Through analyzing the influence of the varying stiffness of hydro-pneumatic suspension to amplitude margin and phase margin, a relationship between stiffness of the load and controller parameters was obtained. In order to improve the dynamic performance of the hydro-pneumatic suspension testing system, a two-stage correction segment was introduced which can change its gain and its turning frequency automatically according to the stiffness of the load. Simulation and experimental results both indicate the validity of the proposed control method. 
