    摘要:

    利用CFD平台的滑动网格法与混合模型模拟液力偶合器流场的瞬态流动,得到偶合器内部速度与压力分布。总结了不同充液率下流场结构的变化及两相分布情况。基于速度、压力数值解计算了液力偶合器叶轮转矩,并计算出不同充液率下液力偶合器的原始特性。将性能预测结果与实验进行了对比分析,结果表明,数值模拟计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,基本反映了流道内部流动的基本特征。

    Abstract:

    The unsteady flow of the hydrodynamic coupling was calculated by using the sliding mesh method and mixture model in CFD software. And the velocity and pressure distribution of the hydrodynamic coupling were figured out. Through analyzing the velocity and pressure field, the distribution of the two-phase flow under different filling rate were summarized. The torque was computed based on the numerical solution of 3-D flow field, and the original characteristic of hydrodynamic coupling was predicted. The predicted characteristic was compared with the experimental data. It indicates that the computational result of numerical simulation is well tallied with the results of the experiment, and the result can reflect the basal characteristic of the inner flow in hydrodynamic coupling.
