    摘要:

    根据生物质可压缩性以及成型物具有一定硬度等特点,将生物质成型过程看成非线性有限元问题。建立力学模型,利用ANSYS软件分析成型过程中的静水压应力、等效应变以及载荷与形变的关系,提出分段填料压缩可提高成型物的耐久性,采用缓慢压缩和提高物料的软化程度等方法可以防止成型物出现裂纹。

    Abstract:

    Based on the biomass properties of compressing and the pressed product of honeycomb biomass fuel with the characters of hardness, the process of biomass pressing can be regarded as nonlinear finite element problem. The mechanics model was created by using ANSYS software to analysis the hydrostatic pressure during the process of biomass briquetting, the equivalent strain and the relation between load and deformation, the way of using more times to add filler and compress to enhance the durability was put forward, and by applying the method of slowly compressing, materials’ degree of softness was improved so as to prevent the honeycomb biomass fuel appearing crack. 
