中文摘要:通过对鼓式制动器惯性制动时蹄鼓摩擦接触状态分析,考虑接触副摩擦因数温度特性,以EQ1208车后桥鼓式制动器为例,对建立的鼓式制动器热—机耦合三维有限元模型进行了惯性制动工况数值仿真,得到了鼓式制动器耦合瞬态温度场仿真结果。A测试点温升试验结果与仿真结果对比,两者变化趋势相同,且吻合较好。对在惯性制动工况下的鼓式制动器温升主要影响因素(车速和道路坡度)进行了仿真分析。

Abstract:By way of analyzing the frictional contact status of the drum brake and taking the temperature model of frictional coefficient into account, the thermo-mechanical coupling numerical simulation of the established 3D finite element model for the rear wheel’s drum brake of commercial vehicle EQ1208 is carried out for the inertia brake operation. Then the simulation results of coupling transient temperature field of the drum brake are obtained. Though the A point temperature-rising results comparison between test and simulation, the variation trends of them are coordinate and the simulation results are accurate. It is indicated that the 3D thermo-mechanical finite element model are fit well. At last the main influence elements(vehicle velocity and road grade)of the brake temperature rising for the inertia brake operation are analyzed. 

Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agriculture Machinery (CSAM), in charged of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), sponsored by CSAM and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science(CAAMS), started publication in 1957. Subjects in Transactions of the CSAM have been embodied by many internationally well-known index systems, such as: EI Compendex, CA, CSA, etc.
