    设计了一种阻尼可调的油气悬架,在分析其结构和工作原理的基础上,建立了油气悬架非线性阻尼数学模型。应用Matlab/Simulink软件,分析了可调阻尼阀各结构参数对油气悬架阻尼特性的影响,并对仿真结果进行了试验验证。结果表明,通过合理选择串并联节流孔大小、单向阀最大开度以及单向阀弹簧预压缩量等阻尼阀结构参数,可以得到较为理想的油气悬架阻尼特性。

    Abstract:

    A kind of hydro-pneumatic suspension with controllable damping was designed. A complex nonlinear mathematic damping model of hydro-pneumatic suspensions was set up on the basis of comprehensive analysis of its working principle and structure. The effects of the controllable valve structural parameters on the hydro-pneumatic suspension damping characteristics were mainly discussed by using software Matlab/Simulink. The comparison of simulation results and bench test showed that the mathematic model is authentic, and the perfect damping characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic suspension could be obtained through rational selection of the valve structural parameters, such as the size of the parallel or series orifices, the maximum opening capacity or the spring pre-compression of the one-way valve.
