中文摘要:利用食品包装打卡机标准的U形铝质卡扣,设计了一种由气压缸提供动力的卡扣式方草捆打结器。打结器的2个抓绳机构并列安装在出草口的上方,通过气压活塞上、下运动,可完成抓绳、放绳、挤压卡扣和辅助割绳等动作。扎结机构对应抓绳机构安装在出草口下方,在挤压卡扣过程中用于支撑卡扣并将捆绳锁紧。割绳刀固定在扎结机构上,捆绳锁紧以后在卡扣和夹绳机构之间将捆绳割断。卡扣输送机构将成排的U形卡扣输送到扎结机构的卡扣箱中。捆绳采用包装用的细麻绳,由捆绳匣进入扎结机构上的夹绳板。在分析卡扣受压变形以及对捆绳锁紧情况的基础上,确定了气压缸的选型,经打捆机样机试验

Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agriculture Machinery (CSAM), in charged of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), sponsored by CSAM and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science(CAAMS), started publication in 1957. It is the earliest interdisciplinary journal in Chinese which combines agricultural and engineering. It always closely grasps the development direction of agriculture engineering disciplines and the published papers represent the highest academic level of agriculture engineering in China. Currently, nearly 8,000 papers have been already published. There are around 3,000 papers contributed to the journal each year, but only around 600 of them will be accepted. Transactions of CSAM focuses on a wide range of agricultural machinery, irrigation, electronics, robotics, agro-products engineering, biological energy, agricultural structures and environment and more. Subjects in Transactions of the CSAM have been embodied by many internationally well-known index systems, such as: EI Compendex, CA, CSA, etc.
