管道车不同荷重时筒装料管道水力输送特性

    摘要:

    针对目前农产品运输中存在的主要问题,提出了一种具有应用前景的筒装料管道水力输送技术。对管道车不同荷重时筒装料管道水力输送的一些水力特性进行了试验研究,结果表明,荷重与管道车平均速度几乎呈反比的线性关系,并且发现管道内各断面液体的压力变化,与管道车荷重也有密切关系。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the principal problem on the transportation of agricultural products, the new technique of transporting agricultural products-the piped hydraulic transportation of tube-contained raw material was put forward. The technique did not only overcome the disadvantages of high cost and inefficiency, but also had the advantages of no pollution and no terrain restriction. Some hydraulic characteristics of the piped hydraulic transportation of tube-contained raw material under the different loads were researched on the piped carriage. The results showed the linear relationship between the load and the average velocity of the piped carriage was inversely proportional. Additionally, it was discovered that the fluidal pressure change of each cross section has been closely connected with the load of the piped carriage. 
