    摘要:

    利用Washout滤波器技术控制机床导轨系统爬行时出现的Hopf分岔现象。根据需要引入的Hopf分岔点来选择控制点,按Hopf分岔条件确定Washout非线性控制器的线性增益和非线性增益系数,将系统的亚临界Hopf分岔控制为超临界Hopf分岔,使得受控机床导轨系统爬行时振幅降低为原来的14%。理论分析和仿真表明了该控制方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Control of Hopf bifurcation in guideway stick-slip motion by using Washout filter was studied. The point at which the Hopf bifurcation to be introduced was determined. Then the linear and nonlinear control gains were determined according to Hopf bifurcation condition in order to transfer the sub-critical Hopf bifurcation to be super-critical one. The result shows that the amplitude of slide-slip of the controlled guideway system is reduced to 14% of that of the uncontrolled system. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation show that Washout filter method can work well in Hopf control of guideway stick-slip motion.
