中文摘要:针对高速、高精度加工中NURBS刀轨生成的需求,提出了一种基于直线刀轨的NURBS刀轨生成算法。该算法根据相邻直线刀轨的几何特征,通过对直线刀轨分段的方法,从直线刀轨中识别出适合NURBS变换的轨迹段和不适合NURBS变换的轨迹段,并把适合NURBS变换的段变换成NURBS。如果拟合误差大于容许误差值,则在误差最大的数据点再次进行分段处理后重新变换成NURBS。算法应用实例表明,该算法具有可行性和实用性。

Abstract:Aimed at the demand of NURBS tool path generation for high speed and high precision CNC machining, a new algorithm for generation of NURBS tool path based on linear tool path was proposed. The algorithm found out the segments of linear tool path that adapted to NURBS transformation by using the method of subsection the linear tool path according to the geometry features of linear tool path, and changed them to NURBS. If the interpolation error is bigger than the admit error, then subsection should be done at the data point which has the biggest error and transform them to NURBS over again. The case study indicated that the algorithm is feasibility and practicability. 

Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agriculture Machinery (CSAM), in charged of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), sponsored by CSAM and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science(CAAMS), started publication in 1957. It is the earliest interdisciplinary journal in Chinese which combines agricultural and engineering. It always closely grasps the development direction of agriculture engineering disciplines and the published papers represent the highest academic level of agriculture engineering in China. Currently, nearly 8,000 papers have been already published. There are around 3,000 papers contributed to the journal each year, but only around 600 of them will be accepted. Transactions of CSAM focuses on a wide range of agricultural machinery, irrigation, electronics, robotics, agro-products engineering, biological energy, agricultural structures and environment and more. Subjects in Transactions of the CSAM have been embodied by many internationally well-known index systems, such as: EI Compendex, CA, CSA, etc.
