中文摘要:从强度安全性和轻量化的角度出发,综合运用了概率密度函数联合积分法与功能密度函数积分法,整理并推导了汽车后桥的非保守模糊可靠度计算公式,即应力、强度及构件的几何尺寸等参数都为正态分布,隶属函数为k次抛物线分布时的模糊可靠度计算公式;通过VB编程实现汽车后桥非保守模糊可靠度设计数值解的计算,根据输入的原始数据、原函数与积分区间的特点进行积分变换,然后利用中点公式积分法与龙贝格求积法进行积分计算。程序可直接应用于设计计算中,以提高汽车后桥的设计水平。

Abstract:Considering safety and lightening of intensity, the non-conservative fuzzy reliability design formulas about automobile back-axle housing were deduced by integrating probability density and function density. The forces, intensities and geometry dimension of component etc. are normal distribution, and subordinate is parabola of exponential k. Firstly, the integral change was achieved according to initial data , function imported and extent of integrated. Secondly, the number result about the non-conservative fuzzy reliability design of automobile back-axle housing with VB program in the computer was achieved by using middle-points integral calculus and Romberg integration. The results show that this program can be used in design of automobile back axle housing for rising up level of design.  

Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agriculture Machinery (CSAM), in charged of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), sponsored by CSAM and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science(CAAMS), started publication in 1957. It is the earliest interdisciplinary journal in Chinese which combines agricultural and engineering. It always closely grasps the development direction of agriculture engineering disciplines and the published papers represent the highest academic level of agriculture engineering in China. Currently, nearly 8,000 papers have been already published. There are around 3,000 papers contributed to the journal each year, but only around 600 of them will be accepted. Transactions of CSAM focuses on a wide range of agricultural machinery, irrigation, electronics, robotics, agro-products engineering, biological energy, agricultural structures and environment and more. Subjects in Transactions of the CSAM have been embodied by many internationally well-known index systems, such as: EI Compendex, CA, CSA, etc.
