全喂入联合收获机双动刀切割器与驱动机构研究

    摘要:

    通过设置导禾器和叠加式驱动机构,将双动刀往复式切割器应用于全喂入稻麦联合收获机。建立了双动刀切割器与驱动机构的参数计算式,应用Matlab软件对切割图进行了数值分析,对单、双动刀切割器进行幅频对比测定。结果表明,叠加式驱动机构可缩小驱动机构外伸宽度,不影响全喂入联合收获机开道作业,导禾器可解决无护刃器切割器的导禾和横向切割支承问题。双动刀切割器的绝对速度是单动刀等行程的2倍,平均切割速度可达1.58m/s,且切割器惯性力相互平衡;应用双动刀切割器可提高全喂入联合收获的作业效率并降低由振动引起的故障。

    Abstract:

    A double knife section reciprocating cutter was applied in a whole-feeding rice-wheat combine by setting a standing grain leading device and a stacked drive mechanism. The various parameters calculation equations of double knife section reciprocating cutter and drive mechanism ware established. The numerical analysis of cutting diagram was carried out with Matlab and the contrast determination of amplitude-frequency between single and double knife section reciprocating cutter was obtained. The results show that the stacked drive mechanism can shorten its own protractile width and not affect first travel operations of the whole feeding combine. The standing grain leading device can solve the grain leading and horizontal supports of the cutter without blade protection. The absolute velocity of double knife section reciprocating cutter is the twice of that of the single knife. The average cutting velocity is 1.58m/s. The double knife section reciprocating cutter can improve the efficiency of the harvesting operations and lower the trouble due to vibration.  
