    摘要:

    翅碱蓬含水率高,籽粒微小,机械化收获时脱粒和清选比较困难。通过试验分析,确定了脱粒部件的滚筒齿形,进口端采用钉齿,中段采用钉齿—弧形齿组合式,排草段采用钉齿—排草板组合式;滚筒长度不小于1100mm;滚筒转速为800r/min;轴流风机转速为400~450r/min。通过清选装置的台架试验,得到机构尺寸为1200mm×1000mm(长×宽)的球式振动筛。

    Abstract:

    The mechanization harvesting of Suaeda-heteroptera-kitag, including threshing and clearing, is difficult because of the high water content and small seeds of Suaeda-heteroptera-kitag. A new method was put forward. By experiment, spike-teeth was used at the feeding part of cylinder teeth of the threshing mechanism,the combination of spike-teeth and arc teeth was used at the middle part, and the combination of spike-teeth and weed board was applied at the weeding part. The cylinder length could not be less than 1100mm, rotating speed was 800r/min, and rotate speed of axial-flow fan was 400~450r/min. Finally, the spherical vibrating screen with the size of 1200 mm×1000mm was obtained by the table experiment of cleaning mechanism.  
