客车循环球式EPS系统建模与助力特性控制策略

    摘要:

    建立了客车用循环球式电动助力转向系统主要模块的数学模型,并基于Matlab/Simulink构建了系统仿真模型。提出了“转矩传感器输出信号的比例-微分+助力电动机角速度反馈”的助力特性控制策略,可以按需改变EPS系统的阻尼,减小车辆行驶过程中转向轮摆振,兼顾转向的轻便性与稳定性;电动机的电流环采用自适应模糊PID控制策略。仿真结果表明:助力特性算法十分有效,能显著提高汽车转向系统的动态性能。

    Abstract:

    The mathematical model of primary modules of recirculatingball electric power steering system for bus was built. The simulation model of the EPS system was constructed based on Matlab/Simulink. The control strategy of assist characteristic, which includes proportional and differential control of the torque transducer output signal and the assist motor angular velocity feedback, was purposed subsequently. The damp of EPS system can be changed with the demand, so the steering wheel shimmy is decreased, and the controllability and stability of steering system are both given attention during vehicle running. Adaptive fuzzy PID is adopted as the control strategy of motor current loop. The simulation results demonstrate that the assist characteristic algorithm proposed is effective in improving the dynamic performances of steering system.  
