履带车辆差速式转向机构性能试验

    摘要:

    设计了一种履带车辆用差速式液压机械双功率流转向机构,由3套行星系组成,将变速器传来的功率和液压转向系统传来的功率汇流,在转向时能够实现两侧履带的正反转转向。样机试验表明,样机直线稳定性好,偏驶率为0.7%,符合国家标准;当只有转向动力输入时,样机转向角速度大,转向角速度随转向动力输入转速的增加而增加;由于实际两侧履带的滑移和滑转的情况不同,最小转向半径为0.02 m,接近于零,可实现原位转向。

    Abstract:

    A new differential steering mechanism adopting hydro-mechanical double power used in tracked vehicle was designed. The new differential steering mechanism is made up of three planetary systems. Combining the power of the derailleur and that of the turning hydraulic system, the mechanism realizes two tracks turning in reverse directions. The experimental results show that it has good heading performance and the yawing rate is 07%, which accords with national standard. Quickly turning is achieved while only turning power input. With the increasing of inputting rotate speed, turning angle velocity is also increased. The neutral turning is realized and the minimum turning radius is 0.02 m as the tracks on both sides have different skids and slips. 
