中文摘要:在田间试验的基础上,通过理论分析、均匀设计及数据拟水平处理的方法,建立了以灭茬机生产效率高和功率消耗小为总体模糊目标,以机组前进速度、刀轴转速和作业宽度为工作参数的多目标模糊优化数学模型并分析了灭茬机各主要工作参数对总体目标的影响规律。当工作宽度为定值时,总体目标随前进速度的增大而快速增大,随刀轴转速的增加而增大;当刀轴转数定值时,总体目标水平随前进速度的增大而快速增大,随工作宽度的增加而缓慢增大;当前进速度定值时,总体目标水平随刀轴转速和工作宽度的增加而缓慢减小。在满足约束条件的可行域内进行寻优,优化出灭茬机的最佳工作参数为作业宽度1.42m,刀轴转速406r/

Abstract:min,前进速度1.5m/s。Based on the field experiment, and by means of theoretical analysis, uniform design and the data quasi-level processing method, the multi-objects fuzzy optimization mathematical model, which uses the stubble cleaner’s high production efficiency and low power consumption as the goal, uses the machine advance speed, cutter rotating speed and machine width as the working parameters, are developed. The regulation about how the working parameters of stubble cleaner affect the goal is put forward. When the machine width is a fixed value, the goal level will be increased fast with the increasing of the machine advance speed and increased with the increasing of the cutter rotating speed; when the cutter rotating speed is a fixed value, the goal level will be increased fast with the increasing of the advance speed and increased slowly with the spreading of the machine width; when the advance speed is a fixed value, the goal level will be decreased slowly with the spreading of the machine width and the increasing of the cutter rotating speed. The optimization is conducted in the feasible area which is limited by the constraint conditions. The best working parameters of the machine width is 1.42m, the cutter rotating speed is 406r/min and the advance speed is 1.5m/s.

Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agriculture Machinery (CSAM), in charged of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), sponsored by CSAM and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science(CAAMS), started publication in 1957. It is the earliest interdisciplinary journal in Chinese which combines agricultural and engineering. It always closely grasps the development direction of agriculture engineering disciplines and the published papers represent the highest academic level of agriculture engineering in China. Currently, nearly 8,000 papers have been already published. There are around 3,000 papers contributed to the journal each year, but only around 600 of them will be accepted. Transactions of CSAM focuses on a wide range of agricultural machinery, irrigation, electronics, robotics, agro-products engineering, biological energy, agricultural structures and environment and more. Subjects in Transactions of the CSAM have been embodied by many internationally well-known index systems, such as: EI Compendex, CA, CSA, etc.
