    摘要:

    采用有限元法和边界元法联合求解技术进行了柴油机油底壳结构振动和表面噪声的数值模拟研究,建立了油底壳的有限元模型和半消声室辐射声场边界元模型,通过模拟计算提出了增加材料阻尼和提高结构刚度两个方面改进设计方案。结果表明,随着阻尼的增大,高频噪声降低明显;提高结构刚度,可以减小表面振动,但同时辐射效率也会增大。并通过试验验证了计算的正确性。

    Abstract:

    The combination of FEM and BEM can adequately bring into play their advantages in the numerical simulation of diesel engine oil pan; its structure vibration and radiated noise were studied. The FE model and semi-anechoic room BE model were built, the improving designs were put forward by simulation statistics from increasing of damp and structure rigidity. The results showed that the high noise was reduced obviously with damp increasing; the calculation results showed that vibration would reduce and the radiation efficiency was increased by the improvement of the structure rigidity. Comparing the results of experiment and calculation, we found out that both of them have the same trend, so the simulation was verified.
